100% the best fitness class I have ever done. It's fun, addictive and so engaging! Helen is a fantastic instructor!! She makes the classes entertaining, incredibly enthusiastic and her passion is so clear! She is the queen of motivating! I've loved every class and get excited to go to my next one. My husband even loves it and as a rugby player, was very impressed with the cardio and toning work out. Give it ago ladies and gents!

The Boogie Bounce Isle of Wight fitness classes are brilliant! I hadn't done any exercise for years and was worried that I might not be able to keep it up. But the low impact bouncers are ideal for even the more mature person who really feels it's about time they started getting fit and healthy. It gives you more energy and makes you feel great. It's fun and is suitable for everyone! Definitely 5 stars every time for an inspirational instructor and an awesome class. Give it a try, what have you got to loose?

I've been doing boogie bounce for over a year and absolutely love it.I have never enjoyed an exercise class so much and stuck to it.I have a back problem and as it's non weight bearing it means I don't get the ongoing aches and pains that usually comes with other exercise. Helen our instructor is fantastic she has an unbelievable amount of energy and gives so much encouragement to everybody. I would throughly recommend it whatever your shape or size it makes you feel AMAZING!

I have been going to Boogie Bounce IOW for almost 2 years now and can honestly say I have never felt better or been fitter. The instructors are amazing, new routines every 8 weeks so there is always a new challenge to be had. The people who go are also very supportive; like a fitness family! Cannot recommend enough.

WOW what a way to get fit! The most fun workout ever! Yes, you work hard and drip with sweat but it's fun fun fun and it works!!! The motivation I get from one class lasts all week! It's feel good fitness and we all support each other. You can go at your own pace and slowly build up to pushing yourself harder if you want to. Hannah and Helen keep an eye on everyone so you're in safe hands. I feel sorry for the people who haven't discovered the bounce!!

Love love love Boogie Bounce, I go to the Tuesday circuits class and its a beast. Such a great workout. Super support from other participants and Helen is an awesome leader..... Highly recommend if you fancy a proper good workout!

I don't think I have ever enjoyed a fitness class as much as I do boogie bounce. Its incredible! Both instructors are brilliant and keep you motivated and focused. What a great way to get lose weight whilst having fun. X

I've been attending boogie bounce for nearly a year now, I started off doing one session a week from when my 2nd born was 8 weeks old. I found it was so much fun and really helped lift my mood after being diagnosed with postnatal depression that I Started to do 2 sessions a week. Boogie bounce Is the only exercise class I found was good for my hip and joint conditions as it's less impact on them, I've really notice a difference in my shapeand energy and fitness levels i'm now 5months pregnant and I've carried on with it and have seen a huge difference in my health and weight compared to previous pregnancies! Helen who runs the session is also fantastic she's always smiling and keeps the class motived, she really males you feel welcome no matter what size, age or ability! Highly recommended!

This is such an addictive work out! It's so much fun and the routines are always on point. I have two types of bone deficiency in my knees(similar to arthritis) and i struggle to find an exercise that doesn't aggravate them. Boogie bounce has never given me any problems at all in regards to my knees. The classes are always friendly, full of all shapes and sizes, working at different fitness levels. You can easily adapt work outs to your own fitness level. Everyone is so friendly and the instructors are full of energy and encouragement. Don't be scared to try BoogieBounce, once you've done it once, you'll want to go back!!

I started boogie bounce in January 2019 and have never looked back!! It's my fav time of the week and makes me feel so much better about myself and boosts my confidence alot. Working out in such a supportive team is such a great help to keep me going. Also good for my mood and anxiety. I really, really urge anyone who is unsure to just give it ago... you won't regret it :) it's very addictive and has so many health benefits! 😍

I’ve been bouncing with the Boogie Bounce crew since January and it’s the first time I’ve ever been able to stick to a fitness class! Love boogie bounce. I didn't realise when I started in January 2019 how much I'd love it. I look forward to Tuesdays as I know it's bounce day. The instructors Hannah and Helen are both really lovely as is everyone that attends. Everyone should try boogie bounce even if it's just once

A workout that actually works! Boogie bounce is well differentiated for various shapes, sizes and abilities. Easy on your joints but works your whole body. Helped me lose weight more effectively than other classes I've tried. But most importantly tremendous fun!!
