I’ve only been going to Claire’s fitness Pilates for three months but I can already feel the benefits.
It’s a really friendly class and Claire is an excellent instructor. She pushes you and makes you work but it’s lots of fun.
The relaxation session at the end of the class is amazing. I definitely have my best nights sleep of the week on a Wednesday.
Can not recommend this class enough!

Claire is without a doubt the best Fitness Pilates class instructor I have come across. Her classes are always fun, exercises can be adapted depending on your level of fitness to make them simpler or more challenging. Claire has built a lovely friendly community amongst her clients and you’re always made to feel welcome, regardless of your experience or level. If you haven't booked in for a class or a course already, you really need to, as you won't be disappointed!

I attend Fitness Pilates Body Blitz that Claire runs every Weds at 8:15pm. I have been going for 2 months now and am really enjoying the class. Claire is really welcoming and friendly. She takes you through each exercise clearly. I have really noticed an improvement in my core strength. The class is challenging but enjoyable at the same time. Highly recommend.

I have been going to Claire's fitness pilates class for over a year now and absolutely love it. Claire is a fantastic instructors, really encouraging but at the same time pushes you to get the best workout. It's my hour of me time and love the few minutes guided relaxation at the end of the lesson.
I am also part way through my second of claire on line Elevate programmes. These have been amazing and I have had great results. Claire provides daily workouts and daily coaching and encourages everyone to participate in the group. The group is great for giving accountability and have met a lovely bunch of ladies who are really supportive with similar goals. Cannot recommend these courses highly enough, it's not just about healthy eating and weight loss but mindfulness, sleep, managing stress and improving overall health and lifestyle.

I have attended many of Claire’s classes over the years which always push me to my limit but remain super friendly and enjoyable.
As a mum of 2, more recently I am enjoying Claire’s online elevate programme where I have had some amazing results in both my weight and mental health. My life changes have genuinely changed for the better with Claire’s coaching and nutrition/fitness knowledge and I have become a healthier happier person. I’ve been doing Claire’s fitness Pilates for the last 5 months, starting 7 months after my baby was born, and it’s been so important in helping me regain my core strength and relieve back pain following pregnancy.
In January I also signed up to her 6 week new year empower program, and lost 11lb in the first 3 weeks - far exceeding my 7lb target. I then used the support of Claire and the group to embed long-term habits to maintain my weight which I hope to continue now the program has finished. It was much more than just weight loss, through her plant based eating guidance I massively improved my digestive health and my mental health and now feel much more prepared to restart work after maternity.

I go to fitness Pilates and can honestly say Claire is the best. So friendly and welcoming and everyone who goes is the same. Class is amazing and can definitely feel the benefits afterwards. I’ve recommended her and the class numerous times.

This time last year I started to feel sluggish, tired and really bloated. I just ignored it and put it down to aging (I am 39!) and tried to ignore it!
Then after a few health niggles I started to realise that I need to take care of myself and began to look for a way to do that which would work well into my lifestyle. I have never been one for diets or exercise (other than yoga) and I knew a gym wouldn't work for me!
A friend shared the success she had had with Claire's programme and I signed up to a free challenge Claire was running to see if I could stick to exercise for a week and I did!
Claire was so motivating on that challenge that I decided to sign up for her Elevate programme in March. I can't believe the difference it has made to me in terms of how I think about food, how I fuel my body, how I move my body and my overall health and mindset when it comes to my health. I continued with her next round in May/June and I am about to sign up for September!
I really enjoy that Claire is a realist and knows that we might have a cheeky few glasses of wine at the weekend or enjoy a bar of chocolate here and there but here I am well on my way to making the permanent lifestyle changes I needed to but never thought I could stick to.
My sister also joined Elevate when she noticed the benefits I was experiencing.
Claire is absolutely brilliant! x
