I have had the pleasure of working with Bri on my ongoing fitness journey. She really has your best interest at heart. There have been times where I have really struggled at the gym, however having Bri there will put you at ease. If it weren’t for Bri’s continuous motivation I wouldn’t ever finish a set of exercise. Bri is constantly focused on helping me reach my goals and makes each session challenging. I would highly recommend Bri for anybody looking to improve their fitness.

Bri is the first PT I've had and honestly she is fantastic! I was so anxious going to the gym before and now that I've been with Bri for just over 6 weeks I absolutely love going! Not only are the PT sessions fun but she explains the parts you are working and what muscle groups you are focusing on that day and why she has chosen the exercises she had chosen for you. Bri is honestly the best and to be able to have banter and enjoy my PT sessions makes her all the more wonderful. Not only does she push you in each session she catches up with you in the week and keeps you accountable which I think is wonderful! If you are looking for a PT look no further than her!!

Bri has been a great personal trainer for me. She had really took her time to work with me and my schedule to help me come up with a work out plan that is appropriate for me. Bri has been patient with me and very encouraging on days when I felt a bit back down. Bri forms work out plan that is easy to follow and effective . I started to notice change with my sleeping pattern and also with my body posture withing 2 weeks of training with Bri. I am looking forward to come back and train with Bri again and would recommened anyone who is looking for a friendly and professional personal trainer to go ahead and join with Bri.

I have been with Bri for just over 2 months and really enjoy the way she teaches. The encouragement to improve yourself is just enough, not too little, not too much. Bri also makes the training fun. Also love that Bri puts together trading plans for when you go to the gym to train without her.
