Snap fitness has a wonderful community feel, members are supportive and encouraging. The atmosphere is great in the gym and the staff are friendly and helpful. The gym is always clean and has lots of equipment. Great options for classes at a range of times to fit everyone. New equipment arrived a few days ago! Lots on offer! Especially with 24/7 access

Clean, tidy, quiet, free parking, decent equipment, good range, £30pcm. Two year user and will continue. Bad bits, maintenance work is not immediately completed, toilets/showers out of order etc. Cable machine been out of use for over a month now.

Even before lockdown Snap IOW was not like any other gym I had been to before, with its capped membership it was never too busy to get a good workout in and the clients and staff seem to all be friendly, decent people. This has been reaffirmed since the gym re-opened after lockdown. Snap has put lots of measures in place to make people feel comfortable coming back to the gym and every member I’ve seen is following the heightened cleaning measures. ✌SnapFitness I.O.W is a tough act to follow, from the off it was so easy to sign up and Tori was friendly, welcoming and informative - as have Kasey and Krysia been when entering the gym or joining in on the classes. 🏋️‍♀️The booking system is easy to use. There's a good range of equipment (there's also GHD straighteners! 😮) and a variety of classes and the team keep them interesting and challenging...to the point you may or may not be inclined to call them a sadist sometimes (it was meant in the best client - trainer way Tori I swear 😅 ). 🚗 There's ample free on-site parking in which I've never yet had an issue getting a space. 🧤The place is always spotlessly clean and even after the dreaded C word of 2020 I've always felt safe and comfortable re-entering the gym. ⚠️The only negative I have to say is that the team can't Snap (see what I did there 🤪) their fingers and miraculously tone me up 🤷🏼‍♀️😒 So any other gym (and it's staff) I may visit in the future now has a lot to live up to!

This Gym is has such a Lovely atmosphere, with great variety of machines & weights. Their is a real mix of people joining which is great, as I'm only just finding my feet again, so nice to see people joining like my self trying to get fit and healthy again, we are all in the same boat, but it's nice having a fun and enjoying yourself in the process. The added advantage of being central on the island helps massively, plus loads of free parking. Definitely pop in and see the friendly and definitely helpful staff and have a look around.

I'd never experienced gym life before but wanted something new. Snap exceeded my expectations and I'm gaining muscle, losing weight, gaining friends and my confidence has skyrocketed. The PTs are really friendly, having met Kabe, Pete and Kerry. Kabe has been supportive in showing me equipment and his circuits sessions are painful but fun and I feel supported and my form is regularly checked, which I love. I'm hoping to work 1:1 with Kerry soon but her confidence shines out and her bubbly personality can't help but draw you in, even for a nerve wracking selfie posted on social media!

Just want to say I loved the gym today, Kerry showed me how to perform a different variant of a deadlift and then proceeded to push me on the plate loaded leg press to lift a weight I couldn’t ever imagine possible! Highly recommend this gym and if you’re keen to learn then speak to Kerry she’s been amazing at helping me and really knows her stuff within all departments of training especially weight training and nutrition. Love it, join alot of the classes, instructors are great and even if your the joker of the class they know if your serious about the workouts and push you to your goals. Never enjoyed doing classes so much. Has a great atmosphere and have made some new friends. Would definitely recommend, definitely if your nervous and not sure, just give it a go

I would love to thank Kerry Janeway for her help and training giving me the confidence to move away from assisted weights on the smith machine to train with the free bar in the lifting platform. Kerry is approachable, willing to help with a friendly smile and is professional with awesome advice. I couldn’t do it without her giving me the motivation and confidence I need!

Excellently equipped, cardio downstairs, weights and machines upstairs. Was only in town for a brief visit to family so inquired about day passes (which are available) but they insisted on a free trial first. If I were local I’d definitely join, great gym

Love this gym; the staff are really friendly, it’s spotlessly clean and there's always space on the machines; no queuing for anything. I particularly recommend Krysia’s Fighting Fit classes. Great fun and a really brilliant workout.

Fantastic Gym. Well equipped gym with 1st floor dedicated entirely to weights/machines. Great variety of weights and machines e.g glute machine, hack squat and so on. Ground floor has plenty of cardio equipment and floor space for conditioning and cardio. Gym is clean, well organised and friendly welcoming staff running it who are on hand to help you. Competitively priced and open 24 hours a day too! Can highly recommend Snap.

Petes spin classes 👌🏽 Love Petes early morning spin, no class is the same, which i love, these spins are serious calorie burners 🥵 Pete is extremely motivational and pushes you to the limit. Great start to your morning, definitely recommend. 10/10!!! 🙂

I had major anxieties about joining the gym but everyone at Snap has made me feel so welcome. The staff and the members are all super friendly. I have never felt judged or out of place there even as a total newbie. They are welcoming of everybody, no matter what size or fitness level you are. Classes are my absolute favourite and make it such good value for money! Everything is clean and hygienic, with plenty of antibacterial wipes and spray dotted around the place. If you're considering joining then do it, you won't regret it!

Wonderful friendly staff. Great, clean facilities and equipment. There is something for everyone. Cardio machines and group classes are downstairs and the weights machines (bit scary for me!) are upstairs. There is a good timetable of classes with times to suit everyone. My favourite classes are Step with Tori and Fight Fit Dance with Krysia - mainly because these classes are so much fun that it doesn't feel like a workout but the calorie burn is great!! I have found that there are some lovely ladies who are very supportive of newcomers too. The snap fitness app is easy to use to book the classes. in my opinion, the membership cost is great value for money, even if you just do two classes a week you're saving money. There is always plenty of (free) parking and the car park is well lit for when you're going or leaving the gym when it's dark. I can't speak highly enough of this gym. I love it so much that I have signed up for the year after my initial 3 for 2 month sign up.

Since joining snap fitness I have got a lot more confident in the gym. The facilities are brilliant (showers, hair dryer and straightners are much appreciated). Both the staff and customers are friendly and supportive. There's such a great atmosphere in there. Would highly recommend.
