Such a friendly and welcoming group. The instructors are so much fun and are a genuinely caring bunch of ladies. They have worked tirelessly over lockdown to provide online sessions and build a support community of members during these challenging times. The sessions are attended by lots of mixed abilities and ages and you never feel out of place even when you have no co-ordination (like me). I really can't recommend this group enough.

Amazing group of ladies, always have time for everyone and genuinely care! Classes are fun, welcoming and non-judgemental. These ladies were there for all their members during lockdown, providing free online classes and support. They are the best!! 😘

I absolutely love my classes here, and the instructors who run it are fantastic😍 No matter what mood your in, any class will make you smile. Classes are for different abilities, and coordination is not a necessity (speaking personally here )😊 Definitely value for money and health. You would be mad not to come along and see for yourself!!

Zoe, Carli and Jaki are amazing instructors - I don't think I've ever felt more welcome at a fitness class. Non-judgemental and friendly atmosphere; they really care about your well-being and enjoyment of the class, not about footfall and numbers. Sad that I moved away from the area and can no longer attend as I really miss it! If you're thinking about it... do it - you won't regret it!

Great fun and friendly classes - loved the zoom classes, now great that we are together in the park! Love the music and how friendly everyone is, if you looking for some exercise with laughter and ooompf then Clubbercise is the class for you!

These ladies are very friendly and welcoming. They put their heart and soul into every class that they run and always put a smile on your face. I would definitely recommend this fitness group to anyone who wants to exercise in a non judgemental atmosphere and have fun at the same time as working out. I love the Zumba and Rockfit classes and im so glad that I found these ladies :) x

Great group of ladies who run 4mation - so encouraging and welcoming. They make the classes so much fun! There is no pressure to get things perfect, or right first time; just dance around like a loon if you want to! It’s a great workout, and you’ll sweat from places you didn’t even know could sweat!

We have 3 fantastic Instructors. They have managed to keep us motivated during the lockdown from Zoom classes in our front room to dancing in the park now that we are allowed outdoors. I love the music, enjoy the company and once we are able to go back indoors, I’m still going to be fit enough to keep going at 74.

I started Zumba and Rockfit with 4mation Fitness 14 months ago and it's the best decision I ever made. From the moment I started, the instructors and the people in the classes were so welcoming and friendly. It's become so much more than exercise, it's a real family that all support and help each other. 4mation Fitness also do amazing work within the community that pulls everyone together for the best causes. I would be truly lost without my weekly dose of Zumba and Rockfit. Thank you ladies xx

This is possibly the most friendliest class ive ever been to - everyone you look at is smiling or laughing - doesn't matter if you have loads of natural rhythm or (as me) your own kinda rhythm, these ladies just make you feel amazing (and I'm back in the size 12's!!) Highly recommended to everyone - these ladies aren't just your instructors - they become your mates

Amazing classes, Zoe,Carli and Jaki (instructors) are the kindest, friendliest, loveliest ladies. Always dance with a smile. You can take at your own pace and no one judges you. I can truly say I've made friends for life from these classes. They have kept us all going through all the lockdowns,doing all the classes on zoom for FREE never asking for anything from any of us apart from our company and now we're all back together in the park dancing our socks off, all Covid safe and always thinking of all off us as always,Thankyou x
