N. b. a. g. 3.I go to the women's boxing here. Colin is a fantastic coach. You get pushed but at the same time everything can be adapted to suit your level of fitness etc. I always leave feeling a damm sight better than when I went in. Everyone is really friendly ..I just wish I had time to go three times a week!
