Sara is a really great fitness coach. Always encouraging you, whilst pushing you on further. I joined the boot camp classes over a year ago, they are a great all over body work out and fun too. I’ve really seen my fitness and core strength levels improve. She does a range of other classes too. I cannot recommend her enough. Thank you Sara!

I started up with Sara in January 2021 and I have never looked back! Sara is professional and friendly and pushes you to be the best you can be! A variety of classes and PT options, with new classes coming in the new year; definitely a workout to get you sweating!
