I joined about 6 months ago and prior to this I hadn't exercise for over 9 years. It took me several months to decide to join the 6 week plan and it's one of the best life decision I've made. I'm now go 3 to 4 times a week, I've dropped several dress sizes and my confidence has grown. Every session is fun, challenging and never the same. The coaches provide great support, advice but most importantly motive you to keep going. It's a great environment to workout, improve your fitness and strength without being judged. I've met some great ladies, which are inspirational. I'd like to thank Fitter Body Boot Camp for helping me achieve my goals and inspiring me to a healthy and happier lifestyle.

I initially signed up for a free months trial nearly two and a half years ago. I like many of the members who have tried it, spent weeks telling myself to get a grip and do something about my weight, shape and health in general. The thought of going into one of the main stream national gyms available simply mortified me and wasn't an option. Being over weight in my mid 40's and terrified, after months of trying to talk myself out of it with every excuse you can of I told myself a date that I was going to try Fitter Body Boot Camp and genuinely can say it was the best thing I could have done. Yes it was an enormous struggle to begin with, I felt pains in muscles my body must have forgot were even there; but within 3-4 weeks I already noticed how much easier the sessions were starting to be. My shape began to change, the weight started to drop off, within 6 months I was confident enough to go jogging round the park in daylight! The personal training staff Ricky, Alex, Kristian and Chloe all encourage you personally by name, you can have a laugh with other members who also share their fears, struggles and successes. Diet and detox plans are available or simple nutrition advice to help you achieve your goals. The 45 minute sessions are extremely varied and are really enjoyable, not a chore. I sadly had to stop for 14 months due to an injury and being unable to exercise but having now signed up again for another offer to kick start my motivation and most importantly kick my horrendous body fat to the kerb, I'm buzzing again. I would recommend joining at the start of a 4-6 week plan so you're with people in a similar position all at the start of their journey to transform their lives. If you have any doubts, just give it a try, it genuinely does really work if you put the effort in, you'll make some amazing friends too, but most importantly you will boost your self esteem with nothing to lose except weight and everything to gain in confidence.

I have been a member at FBBC for a year now, having joined loads of different gyms and tried lots of other ways to lose weight this is the only thing i have stuck to and most importantly enjoyed! I never thought i would say i enjoy exercise! No two sessions have ever been the same and the support you receive it amazing not just from the instructors but the other members. It really does have a 'family' atmosphere where everyone wants everyone to do their best. Support isn't just there at classes but also on emails, the phone and online, the Facebook group is just great for any quick advice. It is the closest you will get to having a personal trainer without the PT price tag : )
Joining was the best decision i made.....join up and make it your best decision...what are you waiting for?!

Prior to joining fitter body boot camp I went to one of the big name gyms and I hated it. I went to some classes that I enjoyed but actually getting in the gym and working out was not for me. Impersonal, intimidating and not a great atmosphere!
After signing up for the initial 6 weeks at Fitter Body I couldn't believe what a different experience it was, being welcomed by name, everyone supporting each other and genuinely caring and helping through the exercises was a welcome change!
The trainers (Alex, Kristian and Chloe) are tough but encouraging and want you to succeed and hit your goals. They'll always take the time to have a chat if you're struggling and are a lovely. They make you want to push yourself and make those achievements!

After joining fitter bodies 3 months ago, I am starting to get my confidence back..Loosing weight at my own pace yet still enjoying a fun lifestyle. Everyone is really friendly and there's an inviting atmosphere. The trainers do weekly weigh ins, food Diaries, Facebook page, regular emails and nutritional advice and always encourage everybody to push themselves to their limits (which is something you don't get at a gym) I only signed up for the 6 weeks but had to sign up for a year because I know I'd of missed not going now it's like an addiction, if I had time I'd go a lot more. Changing my life for the better and so glad my mum forced me to do the 6 weeks trial with her :) anyone thinking about joining stop thinking and sign up you won't regret it :)

I have joined FBBC only recently and have now had a period off following an injury, however, in the first 5 weeks of training I had lost over 5kg and 3.8% body fat, which I found amazing! Having gone to a number of gyms and attended many, manyyyy fitness classes since having a baby, never - and I mean NEVER - have I experienced results like these in such a short space of time! I am so excited to be back now and focused on doing my best to see my body transform in time for the summer. The trainers are all amazing, supportive and knowledgeable and the atmosphere in the classes is unlike anywhere else I've trained before. The only thing that would make it even better is if we had the odd class scheduled around 3 or 4pm, as due to my schedule I cannot make any of the later afternoon classes and I often can't make the morning ones either, which makes it a bit difficult to maintain the number of trainings needed weekly, but other than that - 5 stars all round! :)

As with most people I have struggled for many years to shift weight and get any tone. I started at Fitter Body on a 6 weeks offer and boy was it hard work but I saw results very quickly and really enjoyed the sessions I attended. I lost a stone in the first 6 weeks and continued to see weight loss, body fat loss and tone as well as a much increased fitness level. The trainers are fab and offer great support both in sessions, via email and also on a private Facebook page. The other ladies that attend all support each other and help push during the sessions. It's a little on the pricey side if I'm honest but if you are committed to a goal it's absolutely worth the cost. I would recommend 100%.

I joined bootcamp 2 years ago, overweight stressed and suffering from anxiety, I was really unhappy and signed off work at the time, first session was tough Infact all the sessions are tough but I always feel great afterwards. I've dropped 2 dress sizes, my fitness, strength and confidence has improved massively. I have not suffered with an anxiety attack since i really started to get into the exercise, this is my stress release! The trainers are fab, really supportive they work hard to make the sessions fun, In 2 years and sometimes 5 sessions per week I've never been to any sessions that are the same. I can honestly say I will be a member as long as they are in business! There is a great Facebook members page where you can share recipes and generally just chat to the other members which keeps you focused, I've made lots of new friends since joining its full of lovely ladies who are all on the same journey!...

I (Kirsty Norman) have been a member for 2+ years. Before joining I had never really exercised before and it certainly wasn't something I ever thought I'd say I really enjoy. Every class is different and the instructors make it fun and enjoyable while working you hard. All the other members help too, there's normally something to laugh about during a session. It's the enthusiasm, passion and expertise of Ricky, Alex, Kristian and Chloe that truly make it work.

Brilliant way to lose weight and get fit! The sessions are really fun and all of the activities are short so even if there's something difficult you move on to the next exercise before you feel like giving up! Also the trainers are all great - really supportive and encouraging. They also provide nutritional guidance and meal plans to help you with the food side of things. Overall an excellent service - would highly recommend to any Northamptonshire women looking to tone up, get fit and have fun!

Fantastic coaches keeps me focused not just on exercise but nutrician too. Everybody is so friendly. Even during lock down we have carried on working out via Zoom which is great even borrowing their equipment if needed. Can't recommend highly enough.

Amazing and well worth it! Great bunch of trainers that are dedicated to each and every member. Regular weigh in's, goal setting and tracking, monthly 5 hour sessions to really get a burn going, great convenient times to work around work etc, body fat measurements and analysis, food diary feedback, variety of workouts, very fun and different, tailored too seasonal holidays and good sessions on public holidays excluding Christmas. Not your average gym membership where you have a load of machines to work on. Group based sessions, loads of fun ladies motivating each other...it's just great. Pricy when first looking at it HOWEVER the results are fab and so are the sessions. I burn 400 calories on average in a 45 minute session a lit of the time higher. The 6 week challenges are great and worth a try before joining if you want to see what it is like. They are great for short term goals too. Great place I love it!

Just completed the six week challenge and absolutely loved it! Every session different, coaches are great and it feels personal, lots of very good help and support with nutrition and overall wellbeing. Definitely recommend it and guarantee you will see results that are sustainable. 😊😊

I have been a member now for 3 years and have loved every minute of training here.
I had tried numerous gyms in the past hoping to get fit and not really knowing what I was doing and failed every time to achieve this or even keep myself motivated.
Fitterbody bootcamp is the closest workout to having your own P.T,small classes run all through the day at different times with a great bunch of ladies and amazing trainers every class is different so you definitely do not get bored.
My body has changed since I started I'm toned.fit and feel amazing.
I have learnt you don't need to fad diet and you can actually eat clean and eat well to loose weight.
it's the whole package..and you defiantly get the results if you stick at it and work hard .😀

I've been a member of fbbc for around two years, it's honestly the best decision I've ever made! I've joined loads of regular gyms and alike over the years and never ever stuck at or enjoyed anything as much as I do with fbbc. No two sessions are ever the same, there's always trainers on hand to help and motivate you without it being "military". There's also plenty of variety with session types and times - so there's really no excuse! Give it a go - I know you won't regret it.

FBBC is a big happy family! Members are lovely, instructors 'Alex, Kristian and Chloe' are absolutely brilliant! I was a person who does not exercise but I absolutely love it now - all thanks to the instructors. You are not just a number here, they care about you and they help you to get fitter and healthier. It is my first year anniversary at FBBC today and I cant believe how different I think about fitness and how different I feel.

Fitter Body makes you realise your body can do a lot more than you think. Since joining I have just got stronger and more toned and so much fitter. I have fewer colds and so much more energy. It's a really fun work out too. The trainers are supportive and really push you to push yourself.

I Have been a member for 2+ years now. During this time i had my ups and downs, but i have never felt alone with my challenges. The staff at FBBC are to die for, the ones that will be there for you the same second you tell them you need and advice. The support they gave me during my journey is priceless and worth a million pounds. Before joining bootcamp I had never done any activity, I was a couch potato who had an underactive thyroid and was desperate to loose weight, with the support of Alex and Kristian I will get to my target weight, I feel fitter and stronger every day! Bootcamp is not like a gym, it's varied every day, no 2 days are the same, love boxercise too on a wednesday night with Marie, I 100% recommend Fitterbody ladies bootcamp
