Had signed up for the 6 week intro and now converted that to a monthly membership. Thoroughly recommend Stu as a great trainer who takes a genuine interest in all the lads. It’s a cliche - but if ‘normal’ gyms aren’t for you but you still want to exercise then this is a fantastic alternative.

A brilliant place to go if you want to shed the weight. Stu and Nick are brilliant trainers and motivators to get the best out of you and make sure you give 100%. It’s a great atmosphere with men of all shapes and sizes and no one looking down at each other. All the lads support each other which is excellent. And there are also a few social events throughout the year 👍🏻

I signed up for the 6 week trial at the end of last year and loved it. Stu puts on great sessions that are always varied and fun! Im now a member for the next 12 months :) Its a Great gym alternative - Ive always gone to the gym but ended up just sitting looking at my phone for 1 hour. The sessions are full on and are constantly changing so you are always pushing yourself.

It's been around 7 months since I started. I have never been a fan of typical "gym clubs" and here I have found the exact opposite. You won't find mirrors to look at yourself flexing your muscles but instead great classes/equipment and a different class everyday. Most importantly good people, all here to train and do good to themselves physically and mentally. It's not always easy but we all go through it together and enjoy the satisfaction that comes with it.

Would strongly recommend signing up if you have always struggled with the staying motivated at the gym. I did the 6 week trial and now signed up for a further 6 months. My first few weeks were a slight struggle but Stuart checked in on me to see how I was and spurred me on, within 3 weeks I could feel the difference. The classes are by no means easy but they go very quickly and you really work hard. No downsides to FBM for me, form, work rate, team mentality, food nutrition, flexibility, they tick all the boxes.

I signed up at the beginning of the year on the 6 week trial. I like to go to planned sessions as opposed to going to sessions where I have to plan myself. When I go to a mainstream gym I don't often push myself to my limits, meaning I don't get the full benefit. I lost 6kg during my trial period and can't wait to continue!!

Fitter Body Men is my top find of 2021. Its been a great experience working with Stu and the team. I've built out my fitness and strength with the daily classes, the nutrition tips and receipies have been a real bonus. There's a great community and team spirit in the sessions. I started back in September with the introductory offer, which was great value, I've now got the year membership which is even better offer. The classes are convenient, you rock up, everythings laid out, the lesson is planned, it's all ready to go, you just supply the effort. The variety of classes is good, including cardio, strength, boxercise. Joining has been one of my best decisions.
