Awesome gym with a great buzz about the place. Lots of happy smiley faces in the gym whilst I was training. Plenty of good quality equipment and free weights. Excellent bar area for pull ups and allowing me to work on the rings. Excellent value for money and can't wait to get back there again. So much space to train!!

Has most of the equipment you need in a gym from cardiovascular to weight lifting. Decent prices for a gym, under £20/month rolling contract meaning you're not tied in to anything. Friendly staff and personal trainers as well. The only negative is that it's not the biggest of places and gets very busy during peak hours, but I understand this cannot really be helped. Best time to train is anytime after 7:00pm during the weekdays.

Visited here twice whilst on holiday. It catered for my wife and my needs perfectly. The staff were super helpful (especially Swifty) which is probably why the place has a very chilled vibe. Zero attitude from staff or members which is pretty rare these days. Knocked a star off because no free towels available unlike my home gym at S Ken.

This is by far the best gym I have ever been to! Everybody is so welcoming and make the gym experience fun! It’s like a home away from home! The trainers, especially Leigh, aka Swifty have really pushed me to do things I would never have thought I could do! I have never been to a gym where I feel we are all one big family. It’s also always clean and tidy!

Good gym if you go when it's quiet as the equipment is fairly new and seem well maintained. Unfortunately the gym is very small which becomes apparent when you go during slightly busier hours, where the gym becomes almost unusable. So if you're planning on going during peak hours: don't

It's not a bad gym I go early morning only thing That gets me is people not putting things back 🙄

It is ok ok it is a massive gym most of the equipment you want to use is always in use I've been to gyms that are tiny and and you still get to use what you want without any waiting or much waiting it smells like rubber inside nobody exactly greets you to see if you are ok like a reception desk there's no obvious defibrillator nearby and there could be more options for your work out in terms of drinks snacks pre work out etc

I have been having PT sessions with James every two weeks, James has taught me lots of new exercises which I have enjoyed learning.James is professional and plans the sessions well for what I would like to work on each week. I have come on so much in my time at the gym and my sessions with James. I couldn’t be happier with all the progress through out the last few months.

Brilliant gym with staff who wander round making sure you're well and happy to assist with anything. Make people feel comfortable and want to work out. Atmosphere is great open plan, so if you're anxious people watching you workout just have to remember everyone is focused on themselves but great space and equipment, cleaning products left available for cleaning before and after use.

I go to the this gym in the evening.. the gym can get very busy at times but this is a local gym. If you want to Bodybuild then go to BST or Betterbodies. For us normal folk, this is perfect.
