My partner and I had a lovely spa experience, it was Christmas present from him to me as I’d never been to a spa before. These ladies are fantastic. Abbey gave me a wonderfully relaxing facial and Very good skincare advice. She was professional, friendly and so helpful. I’m still getting comments on how clear my skin looks! Haley gave my partner a great massage, being careful of his neck injury. We felt very looked after during our spa experience and after our treatments we spent the rest of the afternoon in the spa pool area/sauna/steam room which we thought was very impressive. A great day out and we wish we could do it all over again. Thank you so much Abbey and Hayley!

We had booked a SPA day and were extremely impressed with the customer service. When something didn't go to plan, Tobin at the reception was honest and took immediate ownership, and informed the manager. Cameron and Hayley in the beauty service took initiative and offered a brilliant solution, which truly saved the day. I would highly recommend this health club, for the great customer service and experience we had.

Had a gift voucher for a massage and spa. My wife loved her massage and the spa pool was very good. It was very well designed with pressure jets that worked on every part of your bodies. Also, facilities - changing etc was among the best I've been to.

Recently joined on a trial with my mother. As we are only interested in swimming pool and spa we can't speak much about other aspects. The place is quite crowded from 6 am and we thought it will be much less populated but it isn't too bad. Swimming pool is decent, quite narrow but not small. Men's showers would really need some better cleaning as you can smell damp/mould and it is visible in soap dispensers in shower cubicles. The only big disappointment is the spa, although saunas are great I still cannot figure out the way spa bubbles work and unfortunately staff is not very helpful and gives you sort of an attitude for the fact that you dared to ask them something. I have been told about green light on the ceiling and the buttons but they do absolutely nothing apart from blinking red and it is quite a big deal for us that we can't use it. If we don't manage to sort it out soon we will be looking for a different fitness centre. If we do however it will be changed to a 5 star review as the centre in general outshines the quirks.

Made use of the swimming pool while my son was at a birthday party. Was a nice, cool pool, with a separate children's pool. I'd recommend taking your towel down with you to the pool, as it's a bit of a walk to the changing rooms.

Collingtree club is fab clean and has great facilities. Heated outdoor poor with loungers jacuzzi and indoor pool with steam and sauna rooms. Good gym facilities and classes are great.

Lovely place, our little one loves the pools, we like the saunas and the steam room, jacuzzi is big and the water is clean, not to harsh for the skin, hair or eyes. Could not enjoy other local indoor swimming pools before but because of the big amounts of bleach used to treat the water but this place feels good. Showers and changing rooms are always clean and lots of room for everyone. I Highly recommend this place. There is a free 2 hours cresh for little ones that can be booked if parents needs a bit of time, very handy for mother's that needs a refreshing break. Not extremely busy , just great😊

Lots and lots of people when you are aiming to use one of the dancing studios. But they are well equipt studios. Harsh contrast between warm and cold when entering the swimming pool area. Really freezing feeling after a hot shower. Spacious sauna with no music, large pre-programmed jacuzzi , steam room.

I was a member for 6 months before cancelling. Overcrowding is a MAJOR PROBLEM (before Covid) where so many people are on the gym floor that you would be stood around getting cold waiting for a piece of kit. The whole facility is in serious need of modernisation as the changing rooms and gym areas are dated. If you're looking at spending £50+ on a membership, do yourself a favour and use Collingtree Park, much nicer and doesn't suffer from half of the problems mentioned here. Staff were good. Spa areas are good quality.

need to update the website clearly for bank holiday opening times. Car park barriers up, return later and people waiting in the car park still not open. Also cafe is open (no one is there) 33% of times can't get served. This is 2020 (covid aside) businesses can do better it isn't that difficult. The gym is ok though and not bad value.

Gym looks well equipped. The pool is clean and the spa area is great:wet room, 2 steam rooms, jacuzzi, shower to cool down. Cafe has a good choice of snacks and meals. For the children, there is a creche and a good size soft play area. Children's parties can be booked there, very good value for money. Booked about 3 children parties there and children were entertained and happy.

I have been a member of this gym since it first opened in 2000 and have been impressed with it since day one. The staff are friendly and helpful, it is clean, occupies a massive floor space, has a great pool, a children's creche, a good cafe/bar with comfortable seating and computer access and most importantly offers a really impressive array of equipment to suit all needs which is updated on a regular basis. As well as the usual array of machines there is a great selection of equipment aimed to develop functional strength and cross fit type training. Downstairs there is a really nice 25m pool, jacuzzi area with steam and sauna. I always visit during off peak times and never have a problem waiting for equipment to become available and so am unable to comment about how crowded it gets later on during the day. I would not hesitate to recommend this gym.

Just joined again after a 2 year break. Took up their offer of a family membership. Genuinely love this place. Clean, warm and friendly staff. Kids love it, easy to park, swimming pool is fantastic, spa is amazing and the gym has some great equipment. Highly recommend for families.

Went for a relaxation spa day with my friend and we had a great time. Everything was clean, fresh, bright and welcoming. We both had full body massages which were great, nice lunch in the cafe then a few hours in the spa area, in the hydrotherapy pool, sauna, steam room and sanarium.

Good gym! The gym has a variety of activities to keep you busy. They have a huge amount of cardiovascular machines to ensure there are enough for the amount of people visiting. Where they lack is in the weights department; this area is usually quite busy and you can find yourself wondering about waiting to go on something or use a set of weights. The swimming pool they have is great and always clean with only a few occasional closures. They have an amazing spa room with a huge jacuzzi, 2 saunas at different temperatures and a steam room that has just been refurbished.

Best gym in Northampton, staff are amazing. I've only given it ⭐⭐⭐⭐ the reason being that I think some of equipment needs some TLC and a few of the mats need replacing, but apart from that I highly recommend this place ♥️

Been a member here for a few years and can't fault the gym. Sometimes parking can be problematic and the gym and pool can get busy during peak times, which can be off putting. Staff are for the most part friendly and helpful. Showers could do with a deep clean.

Usually an amazing place to go and staff are friendly but this time when we went about 8pm we were told that because we were only 14 years old we weren't allowed to go swimming even though this has never been an issue in the past we have even stayed near closing time and it wasn't a problem. There is a rule now that we have never heard of the you have to be 16 years or older to go in the pool after 8pm the staff member was apologetic but still felt a bit let down.

A fully fledged member!! Friendly and welcoming atmosphere and club v for the kids is great! Lots of things to do and staff always happy to help. Non judgemental and a gym for all sizes and fitness goals. Plus the spa is amazing 😁

Could be better for an expensive gym. If you want to go to yoga or pilates you get put on a waiting list, not very helpful if you have to arrange childcare (the crèches times don't coincide with the class times) I think they've taken on too many members, it's often too busy to be enjoyable and I only have off peak membership. If classes continue to be too busy to get into I may cancel my membership.

Excellent Health Club with a huge range of equipment and classes. The pool, Sauna and Steam room are great. Unfortunately the Technogym equipment does not connect with the Wellness App due to a lack of broadband in the gym, madness in this day and age!

I was a member there ten years ago and tried it out again recently, only to discover the whole facility hadn't been updated and is in desperate need of major investment. Besides that the staff are great and there is still loads to offer. Great vibe in there. Time to spend money though!!

It's a gym! Popular classes are oversubscribed at busy times, and the pool is often loses lanes to lessons and the children's pool is also closed for the same reason
