Weedon Depot is by far the best gym I have been to. Shane has created such a welcoming community, where anyone can come and get fit and be part of the gym. The level of coaching has been so good, there’s nothing he won’t cover or help with whenever you ask. Thanks Shane and team!

Had back problems for the last 9 months after a car accident, been to physio since but still struggle on a daily basis, even with walking which was really making me feel rubbish. I’m not a member of the gym but knew I had to try something different so I had a chat with Shane about the pain I was experiencing and he explained in 30 minutes what could be happening, better than the physio ever has! Booked a 1-1 and Shane has quickly identified the problem and we are now going to work on recovery. Thanks so much Shane!

His class programming keeps everyone challenged and drives to achieve and improve.
