W.The Academy is a place I call home, my haven.It’s a place for women of all shapes,sizes,ages,religions to get together, workout physically,feel great mentally and know that there is a support system behind you.The classes have a big range from cardio based, toning & strength so hits all areas + Yoga for looking after those bodies and Zumba for fun.Bernie is an amazing figure to motivate you, push you and reach your goals and brightens up your day with his interesting dancing.Being part of Team BJF is my happy place
