S. L.Absolutely incredible gym. Nothing else like it in Norwich. Extensive equipment which you wouldn't find anywhere else. Friendly staff, impeccably clean, Knowledgeable PT's who are always on hand to help. Sells a wide range of products as well as making you up protein shakes, preworkout and other bits perfect to fuel you!

R.I noticed one reviewer commented there is a lack of cardio equipment - my response to that is that you can go to any other gym for that....what you can't/won't find anywhere else are weight training facilities and equipment on this scale. Who ever kitted this place out knows their stuff - they have cherry picked the best bodybuilding equipment available on Earth (no exaggeration!)
I feel very fortunate that I only have to drive an hour to visit - the time/fuel is worth it - and cheaper than having to fly to the USA to find a similar gym!! :)
