I highly recommend The Facility, Jay, and Milo. I haven’t shown up for myself in around 2 and a half years and I was petrified to start my fitness journey but with the facility’s help, it hasn’t been as scary as I thought it would be! The classes are fun, effective, and fast-paced but you can take it at your pace and be supported to push yourself to your full potential. The community of people who attend are so friendly and I am looking forward to the journey and making new friends.

The Facility is awesome set up!! Since my first group session i have felt confident in my training and progress, this is following a hysterectomy. Even though i had trained in a gym before i was nervous to what i could now achieve and without wanting to injure myself but with Jays guidance i am improving week on week. Even though the sessions are intense, whatever your starting point is you can fit into the sessions! Jay is a fantastic trainer, leads from the front, pushes you to your limits but in such a calm way.

I am now going into my 4th week of training and I can not believe how much I am loving it.I do the 8 pack course but I'm going to upgrade to the 12 session one. They are seriously good value for money. I am improving so much which is amazing. I am so glad I started. I did a trial session because I was nervous. Milo and Jay are so nice. Roll in Monday 😊

I’ve never really ‘worked out’, I’ve always used running or football as my form of exercise. However that all changed when I did a taster group session at the Facility! I have a love for exercise that I never knew I had, I literally finish a session with Jay and the squad and I’m already looking forward to my next one. The workouts are unique, innovative and push you to levels you didn’t know you had! Jay is a top trainer who pushes everyone to their limits, and we all have a laugh along the way! I’m stronger and fitter than I have ever been. If you’re asking yourself ’should I?’ The answer is 100% yes, I promise there is no other place in Norwich that trains the Facility way!

After being in the worst shape of my life I apprehensively started my sessions with Jay. I must say I was pleasantly surprised and shocked to not only find that I forgot about all my insecurities whilst working out but finding myself doing things I wouldn’t have thought possible. I’ve found my love for exercise again. Everyone in the group is so supportive and Jay is an awesome trainer. Not only does he push you beyond your limits but he is so accommodating and supportive with his guidance and advice. Each session pushes me harder and helps my confidence to rise that little bit higher. I initially thought that this was a place for the ‘intensively already fit’ but from my first session I realised this wasn’t the case and Jay can make it work no matter what level of fitness you have. Thank you Jay and The Facility for everything you’ve done and continue to do for me!

Really recommend these guys for anyone looking to train outside of a commercial setting. Knowing Jay, Milo and Jordan from our personal training course. I have no doubt what so ever in their capabilities to help get you into shape.
