This will be my second time doing this absolutely amazing event.
I did it back in 2019 and I was hopefully going to do it the following year but of course Covid hit so I had to put it on the back burner.
As soon as the opportunity came up again I didn’t hesitate.
I always said to myself after the first time that I probably wouldn’t do it again but the bug is just too strong.
We are two weeks into the current program and things are going great guns. I’ve remembered and picked up a lot of things from the first time but working harder to improve and also get my fitness back on track again. Jackson and his team are amazing and give so much guidance all the way through. I couldn’t recommend this anymore highly.

It has been tough and a quick learning curve(getting hit in the face) but it’s been so rewarding. I’m am as fit as I have ever been, feel good mentally and am learning a new skill.

From the first day you meet Jackson Williams he makes you feel at ease, his training methods will most certainly get you fit, the Box Move Burn classes will definitely make you loose weight.
And the corporate Boxing 12 week course is an amazing experience from day one the foot work to your night in the ring. Having just had my 2nd match it was fantastic the feeling of stepping back in the ring is a total adrenaline rush.

Something I never thought I'd do. It is hard, you'll push yourself but the feeling of being in the ring boxing in front of a few hundred people is unmatched. I've been at Tower fitness for 6 weeks doing box move burn.. After my husband signing up to do the white collar event it was the kick I needed to get me in the gym to strengthen my tummy after a C section and to try loose some weight!
I was worried when I first signed up, so unfit, dodgy back and no core strength at all, but Jackson took all of that on board. When I'm struggling he will come over to push and motivate you in a good way, but when he see's I'm really struggling and do something after giving it a go he will try and give you an alternative way to help! I'm still not the fittest or as good as others, but I see small improvements each week and am grateful for Jacksons support and help in the gym, and also for boosting mine and my husbands confidence!
I would highly recommend Jackson to anyone who needs a good motivational gym!

Fantastic. If you’re thinking about partaking in corporate boxing, then tower fitness is the one! You get high level training, lots of sessions to choose from between 2 gym, all of the kit, and an amazing night of boxing as a finale, all for a very reasonable price. I trained at Fakenham which has a brilliant facility, Stuart the gym manager is an awesome, motivating trainer and a great guy, all the other boxing trainers are also top blokes! You learn new skills, meet lots of new friends and finish with an adrenaline rush like no other on fight night! Do it!

I’m 2 weeks into my experience and I can honestly say that Tower fitness has been fantastic for myself and motivation. I’m a single parent and I was worried that I would not be able to arrange childcare and time to train, however Tower has made it easy for me with the amount of options and varied time slots.
I have lost a lot of confidence and struggled with motivation since my little boy arrived. I was worried if I was able to take part in such a big event or would I just make a fool of my self..however!.. The team made me feel relaxed and completely at ease.
Jackson has proven to be reliable, dedicated, kind and motivating.. when I’ve struggled with movements and fitness, more time has been taken to make sure I get it right without me feeling silly. Over the 12 weeks of training you go through every emotion possible, becoming stronger mentally and physically. By the time Fight Night arrives you will have grown as a person.

I haven't been to a gym like this in a LONG time. Initially I came to Tower Fitness for a trial class for BMB and boy, was it a work out! I felt super welcomed by Jackson and by all the folks working out there. In the end I went for the Corporate Boxing programme instead (which started in January 2022). It was 12 weeks of training and on the 9th of April I had my fight. What an experience it was! I feel rather blue now, so will be joining BMB for sure. I've never felt so motivated in a gym before. I highly recommend heading to Tower Fitness! It's got an amazing welcoming and friendly atmosphere, unreal coaches, you'll make friends for life and you'll get a good work out! 💪💪💪

Six weeks into my training and I have no regrets at all in becoming a member of Tower fitness Gym
Jackson and Laura are committed to seeing you succeed in whatever personal fitness goals you’ve set for yourself, whatever your age.
With years of experience behind them, they are genuine and passionate about this!
Most weeks I manage to train 3 x a week. I’m in love with the feeling you get afterwards. When you exercise, your body releases chemicals called endorphins, these trigger a positive feeling in the body, apparently similar to that of morphine, it helps bring about feelings of euphoria and general well-being. Exercise is great for your mental health because it leads to an increase in serotonin and norepinephrine which may, in turn, reduce depression and stress. Exercise also makes you feel happier.
It’s even more important as we age that we try and do a variety of different forms of exercise from walking to weight bearing exercises. There are so many benefits - It’s vital for healthy bones, treating and preventing osteoporosis. Keeping, maintaining and increasing muscle strength, coordination, balance and flexibility. It can improve your mood and fight off depression. Improves your social engagement and benefit your cognitive function with some studies suggesting it may help and help fight off dementia and reduce the incidence of this disease.
Here is my list of some of the benefits -
*If you feel you need any extra support or encouragement in terms of your training, they will provide this.
* Choice, the timetable offers you a variety of training times, so you can always find the sessions that work around you, even if you have a busy schedule.
* It’s fun, bloody hard work but you go at your own pace, as you get fitter you can do more.
* The members are friendly and supportive and you feed off their energy and commitment.
* I’m learning a new skill – boxing, each session begins with a proper warm up and ends with a stretching routine to improve your flexibility.
* It’s not boring, every training session is different and within the variety of gym equipment, there is the variety in the circuit training that I was looking for.
* Already I feel fitter and stronger.
* The resources through the app and members website supports you with advice and plans on nutrition, weight loss, recipes, calories etc.
Now I must admit to having the honour of being the oldest member of Tower fitness at 63, I’ve even been promised a badge to this effect, Now here’s the thing, why are there not more people in their 50’s, 60’s and even 70’s doing this kind of training?
Is it because we get stuck in our habits and routines, is because we feel we won’t be welcomed. Will we find it too hard, what exactly are we scared off? That these places are only for young people?
Health, wellbeing and fitness is for everyone, our age should not come into it.

The Box Move Burn sessions with Jackson Williams are great I’ve been going for the last year, 3 times a week and I can feel my fitness improving along with body toning and definition. Jackson’s classes are hard work and his tough no nonsense attitude makes you work harder. Each session is planned out in advance and is always different incorporating high intensity training with boxing and abs work, both inside the gym and outside when weather permits. Fantastic gym been going hear for 2 years now wish I had found it sooner, i have been a member of most gyms in Norwich at some point over the years and never really enjoyed the whole gym experience, tower fitness is different it’s for of all ages and sex’s with different levels of fitness, in the box move burn classes you get the experience of a personal trainer in Jackson but in a group session and without the cost of a person trainer, I signed up for one of the tower fitness corporate boxing shows with no experience or interest in boxing or having done anything to keep fit in years because just I fancied the challenge of doing something out of my comfort zone and wanted to get fit, 2 years later I am doing my second show because I enjoyed it so much and I attend the box move burn classes a few times a week. The Box Move Burn Program does wonders! I'm 3 weeks into this program and what a difference it's made to my life already! I suffer from many autoimmune disorders and it's helped me feel energised, strong and even helped with my arthritis. The corporate boxing event with Jackson is one of the best things I've ever done. The training is so much fun and it gets you seriously fit while learning new skills so it's a lot more exciting than hitting the gym.
Over those 3 months you become good friends with the other corporate boxers and the trainers.
The training can be pretty tough at times but the harder you work the better your fight night experience will be, and fight night is such a good experience, it is an amazing buzz stepping in the ring and showing what you've learnt, I've done 3 events now and everyone boxing on the event has been so supportive, there's no egos or animosity between the corporate boxers, you're all mates, there to cheer one another on and have a great time.
I would highly recommend it if you're keen, and even if you're not 100% sure you want to do it, sign up, as it will give you a huge confidence boost and a night to remember.
