I’ve been having PT sessions with Jonathon for a few weeks now and I am absolutely love them! He’s helped me both understand my workouts more and enjoy them more. He listened to my goals and trailers every sessions to them while also always providing new exercises thats progressively challenge me. I’ve been seeing consistent results in both my form and ability. As an individual he’s motivating, friendly and fun and I truly look forward to each session. I am so so happy with my choice to start having PT sessions but moreover with my decision to do this with Jonathon. My attitude to, and confidence with, working out has changed so much and I can’t wait for more! Thank you!

WOW! Since having had Jonathon as a personal trainer I have completely changed my outlook on the gym and my own fitness. I started having sessions with Jonathon a few weeks ago and have been very impressed by the amount of thought and effort he puts into each making session intense but fun. Each session is tailored to achieve the goals that Jonathon helped me set when I started my journey. The nutritional guide that he has furnished me with is very detailed and will be very useful in setting out a diet plan that will fit my lifestyle. I started working with Jonathon a few weeks before the initial lockdown started, and within that time he talked with me about my goals and worked to developed a sustainable routine that I could fit around my schedule. Even once lockdown started, he continued to make helpful videos and new workouts in his own time, that he made available to anyone. He always works to make sure sessions are relaxed and enjoyable, but definitely not easy! I feel like he really cares about me reaching my goals, and he always makes sure I recognise how much I've achieved. Thank you!

Jonathon is an amazing PT. He's energetic, funny, motivating, and knows how to provide you with the training you need / want. He carefully considered my personal goals before working out a general programme. Every session he has a different set of exercises that build on previous sessions to get me to the maximum of my capabilities. During each session he's making sure I understand the rationale behind all exercises so I get the opportunity to use them on my own. He also provided me with extra programmes for training on my own and at home during lockdown which was much needed.

Jonathon has honestly given me great motivation to get in to decent shape. We meet once a week and could feel the benefit within the first fortnight. Friendly, encouraging but keeps you in check!
Each session is different which keeps it fun whilst tailored to your fitness levels and goals.

Started sessions with Jonathan only a couple of weeks ago, he gives off a friendly demeanour and makes exercise fun. At the beginning of lockdown I made a decision to make it work for me and face the 12 weeks ahead by dealing with my lack of fitness. I began a workout that was supported by Jonathon who devised exercises I could do that would start me off as well as the weekly encouragement when my weight loss didn't seem to be the large steps I wanted.
His motivational chats were that 'steady consistant exercise including change of diet and calorific intake work together and that steady weight loss was a better way to achieve the Goal' kept me going.
He introduced me to a variety of exercises that changed periodically to keep me motivated.
I am happy to say 24 weeks on and 2 stone lighter exercise has turned from a chore to a delight and I am a very happy Woman.

JJ is the first PT I’ve had and I wasn’t sure what to expect. I originally wanted a female trainer as I assumed I’d naturally feel more comfortable being a female myself. But I can gladly say I was 100% wrong about that. JJ is fantastic at what he does, he pushes me to my limits every session. He makes me feel 100% comfortable and I look forward to our sessions every week.
