Mike is a great personal trainer and is consistently pushing you to train better and harder. I've been a member at this gym for just over a month now and the results I've been able to achieve is better than anything I could have done on my own. Huge thank you to Mike and looking forward to seeing even more results. Also, thank you for creating such a friendly and comfortable environment in the gym. You very rarely see this and yet you've managed to do it. Highly recommend everyone to sign up and give it a go.

Best gym, good people, good vibes! A great place for a workout. Mike not only has the experience and knowledge he motivates me and from this I am achieving great results! The workout plan he has set me on my app is great making use of the weight training and cardio equipment and supporting me along the way if needed! I definitely recommend you pay a visit if you want to get fit and shred the weight.

Never been so focused and enjoyed my journey.
I’ve never been able to focus and been up and down with weight loss, however starting with Mike has made me focus and excited to see the changes each week progress is made whether that’s confidence, scales or the weights I use in the gym. He keeps me accountable and pushes me where needed.

I came to Mike looking for help pushing through a plateau with training and dieting and through the metabolic rate test I found out the ideal amount I should be eating. This, coupled with the workout plan from Mike, has meant I have been able to eat the maximum amount of calories whilst performing workouts that will move me in the right direction towards my overall goal. I am 60yrs old and suffered a mini stroke last October, this left my right side weaker than the left, and I suffered with lack of energy.
Joining a gym was not an option! Mainly because I have no idea what I’m doing with the equipment or if I’m using it safely…
I heard about Mike through a friend, So I thought I would try. I have been training 3 times a week with Mike since the 12th of July.
I had a metabolic rate test, the results were good. Mike measured my fat, measured my body in inches and took photos, so we can see how I have progressed in 3 months time.
I know how many calories I can eat daily as well, to help me lose weight.
However, since I started training I have lost 7lbs of weight!! And dropped a dress size😊
Mike pushes me when he knows I can go that bit extra, but also recognises when I’m struggling, I feel I am in safe hands.
I am looking forward to my next measurements in September!!!

Attention to detail is seen throughout the whole gym environment with equipment to suit everyone’s goals. Mike’s knowledge and experience is key in motivating clients and is always present whatever the day or time.
He makes your time there as comfortable and welcoming as possible, and I’m very happy to have found someone to help me both with confidence and my goals. I’ve had poor ankle mobility which is always worry in sports as I’m more likely to get injured, but Mike has tailored a program to help improve ankle strength and ensure I’m achieving my best.
I can’t recommend Mike and PeakMyBody Fitness enough.

I’ve always been into keeping fit
I find it’s good for the soul
Many years ago I had Personnel Training and loved every minute of it. I achieved so many goals of which I never envisaged I could do.
Over the years I’ve missed PT but never found anybody who I felt comfortable to train with
I’ve always had a good rapport with Mike
He has known all along I’ve wanted to take up PT again
Sometime in March he sat in my conservatory and persuaded me in his charming manner to take up PT again
What a great decision it turned out to be
I started PT with Mike at the beginning of April
What a difference it has made to me both mentally and physically
Mike started by teaching me how to run properly
Over the weeks I have noticed how much my posture has improved
I finally walk with my feet straight and not outwards
The dreaded sled has certainly helped to improve my running technique as well as strengthen my legs
My upper strength required improving as well
My goal at sone point will be to achieve pull ups. Even if it is one or two initially
It’s a great feeling when weights are gradually increased week by week
Mike is an excellent instructor
He gives you encouragement, support and pushes you all the way
His patience is impeccable. He never seems to appear annoyed when you ask the same question 20 times
His knowledge is outstanding
He certainly knows what he is talking about
I myself have learnt so much along the way
I would recommend Mike wholeheartedly

Going into gym I always feel like I dont know what im doing or how to use certain pieces equipment. But from first time I stepped in peakmybody I felt so comfortable and with Mike being there to educate and support me after short space time I feel confident in the gym .
Reguarding results in whats been couple months im growing stronger and feeling fitter.
On mental level sleep and anixty is personal issue but my sleep has improved massively and ive tried everything to help with that in past. Mentally im stronger and happier and really enjoy coming to each session , even though Mike does push and work you hard, its for the results were all looking for .
Cant recommend this gym enough!!!
