Great place for kids. I needed something to keep my 5 year old daughter entertained during our time in Nottingham as statues and buildings weren't doing the trick. Silly me, I didn't realize we needed to book online ahead of time, but fortunately the gentleman at the front directed us to the website and we were able to book online without any issues. After that, my daughter had a blast jumping and climbing.

After adopting 3 years ago, I have visited Planet Bounce at least ten times. This is perfect way to kill an hour, burn some calories and improve your little ones balance, with plenty of laughter! We hosted a 7 year old party here last year, which included everything you needed, so all you had to do was ensure each kid got a hot dog, perfect. The staff are very hard working, and offer a selection of food and drinks perfect for younger kids too. There are adult sessions if you fancy a fun bouncy hour too! PS, my son's glasses are probably STILL in the ball pit!

Great fun with the kids at planet fun. Did not expect the entire ground to be made from a bouncy castle. I think I may have had more fun than them. It wasn't too busy when we went but I definitely recommend as an activity while in Nottingham. They also have an area for under 4's.

Great place for a quick burst of energy that you want to get rid of. Took the family for just one hour which was plenty of time because we were all worn out. Be prepared for a decent work out if your a parent and you can just let the kids go wild. Staff are all friendly and the area is always monitored. The whole place is very clean, kept in good working order will book again for a great price.

What great value for money!! I live in London and there is no way we would pay £9.50 for 2 hours in a place like this! We all thoroughly enjoyed ourselves!! I definitely think you should branch out to more locations.. start down in Enfield and you'll definitely get a visit from us again! Everything seemed clean and secure. Even the toilets were clean considering a lot of children use them. We got a table upstairs when we needed a drink and the kids had a slush. We'll definitely visit you again when we come back. A good place for kids and adults to play alike and all together. A great fun place in the city centre. Each play session is for 1-2 hours different prices for kids and adult also separate play areas for kids below toddler age and above. As usual all places have some issues and this one also but very good to have fun time with kids. The place have small cafe but no hot food available except hot drinks.

My daughter usually loves bouncy castles and jumping/bouncing around so we booked a tots session after seeing a promotional video on Facebook about it. She hated it because it was too dark with flashing disco lights and it was very noisy (noise wouldn't have been a problem but the fact she couldn't see very well in the dark with lots of noise was clearly unpleasant for her) Being a session for under 4's I didn't expect a disco experience. On the video it was showing it to be well lit and nowhere on the video/booking website mentioned the use of disco lights. Disappointing as I know she would have loved it if it was well lit.

We attended a birthday party held a Planet Bounce over the weekend. We have a 2 and 4 year old and they are well catered for. The smaller play area gets full due to most children having both parents with them. The bigger area is much more fun and freer and suitable for children of 2 and over as long as they are steady on their feet. We were served hotdogs for the children as their party food and they went down a treat with my fussy eaters so I can’t fault them. The only downside I experienced, apart from parents clogging some of the play area due to a lack physical ability, was through the tunnel obstacle course. The whole venue was full of people, with next to zero covid restrictions, which isn’t a problem to me but weirdly they make you queue for the tunnel. This seemed bizarre. Why get COVID conscious only in that one area? The ball pit wasn’t policed as equally, nor the small stairs and slide area. All of which are enclosed. But this was a minor irritation. You are provided a locker with instructions on the operation which are fit for the lowest common denominator. We will visit again, my sons loved it.

My daughter really enjoyed it here, we took her for her 5th birthday, as it was just her dad and me we had to go on with her, it's chaos on a Saturday, I got a black eye. The tunnel leading to the big slide is hectic, a young boy whizzed passed and elbowed me in the face, just glad it wasn't my daughter. My eye was twice the size and black and blue the next day. Sorry to say not sure I'd go back, not until my daughters older and I certainly don't think I'd chance it again 🙈

Children loved it. Can't fault the experience there. Only issue we had was getting in.we booked online and we had ticked everything,I had screenshoted it to proof it. They couldn't find it on there system,so I had to fill out, the whole thing again, which made us 25 mins later, we only booked an hour slot. They did apologize,and told us, we could stop an extra 30 mins, so we spend a full hour there, like we paid for. After 30 mins of us playing, our colour was called. Tryed to explain to the staff,we were allowed to stop longer because of the mix up, still told to leave. Our kids were very upset indeed!!!!

Awesome place, you'll definitely get fit if you came here on a regular basis and You'll definitely feel sore the next day, im 48 and thought it funny when my kids asked their mummy why daddy was panting like a dog in summer, theres some confusion as people think there are trampolines here, they're aren't any and in my opinion it's a lot safer without them

Me and my wife came today for our child’s birthday @ planet bounce - when we go there we seen that there was a commotion between 2 big groups as they was arguing - all staff was polite and reassuring and made our time pleasant, the two females in the cafe area was so helpful and the lady on check ins one of the managers was so polite. The other lady on cafe was an angel. They both dealt with the issue with the families better than I would and I take my hat off to them as they dealt with it better than I would ever be able to and still had a smile on their faces afterwards. These pair are a credit to your company. Well done girls. I wish I got there names.

I like that the cafe area oversees the play area, so you can do a quick check on your kid without having to run around searching for them. The bouncy area is SO FUN. I'm always thrilled when my 5yo wants me to help her on the bigger stuff so I can play on it too 😆

You need to have some stamminer as an adult ..if I had taken a little friend with us I may of been able to supervise from the Cafe viewing point with a coffee.but I did enjoy the experience a d will go again .I used my socks from red kangaroo so didn't have to buy another pair .reuse your socks once bought..

First time I have visited this place, it's a great place to take your kids, and helps them get rid of all their energy so they will sleep at night. The toddler area was more suitable for my 2 year old daughter as the main area can be a bit boisterous for the younger kids. I just want to send my commendation to Ria, she was extremely polite, professional and went above and beyond to ensure my daughter had a good time.

Definitely the younger the more fun they will have, there is not much to do and it is smaller than it looks like on their website. It gets very hot very fast as they isn't any visible AC or fans or anything of the sort. And everything on the main area can be done in about 15 minutes, even if your taking your time. Very fun and tiring, just need a better way to cool off.

Me and the kids have been here a couple of times now and t's a great place for them to burn off some energy and get some exercise. I'd recommend booking in advance as it can get quite busy especially at the weekends and during school holiday. The cost for a family of four is quite pricey but they do offer season passes which are better value for money. Despite the cost, if you have active kids, it is a great afternoon out and there's an NCP car park in the same complex so you won't have to trek through the town centre to get here.

Took my 16 month old with her 6 yr old, 4 Yr old and 2 Yr old cousins. They all loved it! I loved it! An hour is plenty to burn some energy. Wasn't too crowded which was great! Any more bodies and it would have been too dangerous for smaller babies to adventure freely. The staff were great. I had an issue with my locker (my own fault) and they handled it brilliantly. The hotdogs were actually alright! Choice of cold drinks is a bit limited. The hot drinks were delicious. We'd definitely go again and would recommend.

AMAZING!!!! 😍😍😍 In the first place I want to mention that the staff is very helpful and friendly. We reserved 2 hours jumping session for 5 people, but unfortunately our tyre exploded, so we weren’t able to be in Nottingham on time since we are from Stoke on Trent. We contacted them and told them what happened. They immediately contacted us and suggested to rebook us for free when we are able to come again. Here I want to thank a lot to Kate and to the general manager - Daryl! The place itself is awesome! Big enough for everyone to have fun, jump all around the place and still keep distance during COVID-19. The bathrooms are very clean and tidy. There are also drinks and food at affordable prices!🍕 I really recommend this inflatable park to kids and grownups since it’s really fun, great way to spend time with friends and family and nobody would be disappointed!!! 😍😍😍😍🤩🤩🤩🥳

Great place for the kids to use up their energy. Friendly staff. Their is always a member of staff to watch over the bouncers. We attended a party there which seemed to go down well. Was very busy but the children weren't botgered. It's nice to go during the week straight after school if you like a more relaxed and less busy atmosphere.

Nice enough but quite small given it’s the main place like this in Nottingham. The lockers are also a bit of a joke and hardly any work. Was clean enough but staffing levels seemed quite low and as a result there were queues to get in. Overall it’s a good place to go and good fun but not a place I want to return to due to poor lockers, poor viewing zones and queues.

Friendly staff on the day, but being honest, the place is just 'okay'. My first visit with my 3 kids and I think I just expected more. My 6 year old lad loved it. But they wouldn't allow my 10 year old daughter to perform any flips or tumble, which was disappointing. I'm not saying we didn't enjoy it. It's just that its neither great nor poor... It's just okay.

Kids love it, and no complaints about the actual trampoline area, but quite expensive and the visitor's seating area is a noisy sparse concrete area with uncomfortable metal garden tables and chairs with no view of the trampolines without getting up and peering through the windows. The junk food kiosk, selling the usual kids fare of poor quality food also makes the whole area stink of burned cooking oil, making a parent's experience somewhat less than optimal! Think typical soft-play outfit, but for older kids and you've got a pretty good idea.

Absolutely amazing. I took my boy to the trampoline bounce and the new inflatable bounce. It can get busy so its worth checking the website or google for peak times as its nice to see you or your little ones get to go on everything. Understandably it can get busy and noisy but its expected for a place made for kids. Its an hour session and its cheaper if you book online. They have a cafe which serves kids food and snacks and also a coffee for the big kids!!! Staff are friendly and helpful and everywhere is clean. Never had a bad experience and my boy absolutly loves it!!!

A fun experience although perhaps a smaller environment than I imagined when looking at photos on the website. I would recommedn especially to groups to go here as a workplace or an evening activity with 6-12 people as you'll mostly have the place to yourselves and it's a bundle of fun! Not an ideal place for couples as the few that have turned up in the past have seemed to not enjoy themselves due to the groups that tend to turn up. Would be better if they had shower and changing facilities.

Joint Birthday Party! Everyone had a fantastic time and said it was the best party! We had Hannah as our host and she did a fantastic job! Food was great and plenty to go around! Great place for children to burn off energy. For adults a good work out and some challenging obstacles. It's not massive though and if you can complete the obstacles maybe adults and older kids could get a little bored. Adult only session Sunday 6pm. Much less likely to cause injury than the trampolines but care still needed. Well staffed and though quite young all very pleasant and helpful. Great race tunnel to bounce, crawl, fall, slide through and recommend the slush drink to revitalise you afterward, it's very zingy. Not the most pleasant cafe area as very plain but by far not the worst one I've seen at this type of venue. Good place to go if someone needs cheering up, can't help but laugh.

We booked our son's 5th birthday party and was very straight forward, it would have been 5 stars if it wasn't for the lack of choice in food, only pizza available and our boy doesn't eat pizza. Him and his friends had a brilliant time in the inflatables and was very safe, not crowded. Definitely suitable for their age. Special mention to our host Abby who was amazing and played with the kids, took them to water when they were too hot, and did everything to make everything run smoothly, she definitely deserves 5 stars.

Wonderful place to go to. Going with 2 kids (14 + 5 ) the drinks counter isn't very exspecive. The only bad thing I would say is that the music is to load, so when your sitting down while the kids play it isn't very easy to hear people speak.

This was definitely the best party my son has had organised so efficiently by Tom our party host. We had a group of 10 lively boys and Tom managed to control them all, keep an eye on them while on the inflatable area and organise any extra games they wanted to play. All the staff were very helpful when booking too especially sorting out extra issues around dietary requirements. The whole experience was stress free for me and all the boys had a fab time.

I took a party of 4 to Planet Bounce, the youngest being 17 and the oldest was my dad :). We enjoy doing different activities so I decided to try it out. When we arrived there were a lot of children, but I then remembered it was Sunday morning and so it was the best time for children's party's, this didn't put us off. We booked in and then attended the safety brief which was displayed on a TV and was designed to be given from a female in a space suit inside a space ship which was fitting, and I believe it is the best way children would pay attention. So after the briefing we headed out and so it began, there are a few different activities, basketball - with 3 different heights for the baskets, a dodgeball section (we didn't get a look in with all the children there), a trampoline leading to an air bag so you can practice flips or whatever, then a quite large area of just trampolines. They are booked in hour slots, and believe me this is plenty, I was...drenched with sweat! I would go again for a special occasion but otherwise I'm glad I've been an experienced it.

My Son loved the visit, I found the safety briefing, video and waiver a little much when just wanting to jump on trampolines but I suppose it's called for? Having to pay £2 for a padlock for a locker isn't right. The name 'locker' means that it's a locked storage space, so if you don't pay for a padlock or take your own it's not a locker, it's a cupboard. Taking a padlock out for the day is not on the list of usual supplies when taking your children out to have fun. Also, a little steep at £10 for an hour, plus £2 for 'jump socks' then the padlock on top makes this pricey to say the least, especially if your taking numerous children but as I said above, my Son loved the visit and and in the end I was happy he enjoyed his time there.

"Bouncebackability" Having been here a number of times now with the children and their friends I have to say it never fails to deliver, first thing on a Sunday morning with the place all but to ourselves is brilliant, that said soon started to pick up and just as much fun for them when it's got busier. The staff in reception were very helpful and cheerful and made us aware of an offer for another hour at half price ( good to see young conscientious staff doing their bit to support and promote who they work for.) well done to both. There was another value added deal based on your Pokemon Go level. Personally didn't understand it but the kids got it straight away. For the less energetic there is an ample cafe and a limited viewing area, with storage lockers.Free wifi would have been great. With parking opposite in Victoria centre and in surrounding vicinity, make this a definite destination whether local or not.

Planet bounce is for young people. It used to be a trampoline park ( which is why I went ) but its now a inflatable mess!
