I feel safe there & at the moment, while we are still coming out of lockdown, the protocols they have in place are, in my opinion, as good as they could possibly be. Photos - cycling in France & walking in Hawaii, what better way to travel the world safely!

J. G.A lot of cardio equipment, but there's a lack of lifting equipment. There's only one squat rack, only a couple of benches and the machines e.g. lat pull down don't go that heavy. Monday aka international chest day is a nightmare getting equipment, even if you're happy doing stuff like using dumbbells instead of a bar for your bench press.
E. B.I went on the PAoRS scheme through YMCA because I suffer with high blood pressure. Towards the end of the scheme coincidentally I hadn appointment with the nurse at my gp surgery. My blood pressure was checked and it was the lowest it's been around 5 years. She is happy I'm ecstatic and feel fantastic. I have recommended this scheme to many friends and work colleagues.
