I highly recommend Absolute Fitness. The six week boot camp has been a great way to start my journey back into loving exercise and nutrition.
This is testament to Holly’s expertise and support. Each class is different and motivational.
The online system is very user friendly and Holly is always available to help with any questions or concerns.
My fitness and energy levels have improved greatly. Holly has mastered a friendly and unique class atmosphere where you feel supported not only by Holly but all of the ladies that attend.

I joined Holly at Absolute Fitness 6 weeks ago and it has been the best decision I could have made. I feel happier and healthier. The workouts are great, you can work at your own pace, but Holly will always make sure you are giving yourself that extra push where needed. Every class is different and there is always a variety of exercises, so you never get bored. All the ladies I have met have been lovely and encouraging, you truly get a community feel in the sessions. I would 100% recommend signing up with Holly.

Absolute Fitness came at just the right time for me. I've always loved fitness, I do martial arts, but I'd lost a little love for it during the pandemic. As someone who works for herself, I joined because I wanted to meet a group of people locally.
Not only was Absolute Fitness SUPER welcoming, friendly and fun, but it's an amazing group of women and cheerleaders. Everyone is so supportive and friendly and that's before you even start training! I've lost a dress size during the six weeks but for me it was more about increasing my fitness and getting those endorphins which oh boy do I get after every session.
The course is fantastic, I've loved the variety of exercises and individuation so much that I'm sticking with Holly for the foreseeable future. I can't get enough of these classes. The fact I'm continuing to lose weight is just a mega bonus. Thank you so much Holly for providing the best hour in my day every day

I joined six weeks body transformation program over two months ago. I completed the program and stayed on for the monthly membership - I love it!
The workouts are fun and give you the chance to challenge yourself. But, the best part of it is that I see the results! I've tried many different things before, and nothing worked for me as fast as this program. Holly teaches you about nutrition and mindset being a super important part of the process and gives you examples of what to do and how while supporting you on the way.
Holly offers safe space and support for body transformation, guiding your attention to what serves you best.

Holly is an amazing motivator and made me feel so welcome from the first session. The variety of each session made every workout enjoyable as well as making sure you knew you’d worked hard. Holly provides variations of each movement to ensure that no matter your level of fitness there is an option to suit, as well as push you. The online platform is easy to navigate and provides the right level of information which has helped to educate me about how best to fuel my body properly to ensure the best results. Holly’s coaching has helped me to lift heavier as well as improve my general fitness outside of the sessions. Where has 6 weeks gone? I am so pleased I found Holly and joined Absolute Fitness. I am impressed by how much fitter and stronger i have become in just 6 weeeks. Holly's sessions are varied, fun and provide a range of exercises for everyone. Timings of the class are great and there really is a slot for everyone.

5 stars all the way for Holly and Absolute Fitness. I'm just finishing the 6 week transformation challenge and can't believe the progress I've made in such a short space of time. I am feeling better than I've ever felt, have so much more energy and feel motivated and positive about the future of my health and fitness. This has been achieved through the amazing classes which were perfect for a novice like me with low confidence as Holly provides a range of difficulty levels for each exercise and pushes you against your own targets without comparing you to others. In addition there was in depth, easy to follow nutrition guidelines which have allowed me to be prepared for and maintain my efforts during the classes. The support from other members makes this unique, having never felt any judgementjust overwhelming support and positivity - we're all on the same journey.

I have just finished the 6 week boot camp and have now signed up for a monthly membership. Holly is amazing and has helped me find a healthier approach to everyday life. After having a baby I completely lost my way and lost all confidence in appearance to the point where I didn’t want to go out in public, but after regular classes and nutritional support I’m starting to gain my confidence back. Just coming up to the end of my 6 week challenge and it has been a life changer.
Holly has took me out of my fears and shown me how strong I really am.
Everyone has been so supportive and so welcoming. No one is there to judge everyone is there to help each-other. Holly and the other instructors are so helpful and give different options based on your ability.
Absolute fitness offers a wide range of sessions including early mornings and Saturday to make sure everyone is able to get sessions in :)
I have seen a massive improvement in my fitness and have lost inches as a result.

Finding Absolute Fitness was the best thing I ever did! From the first contact to my consultation to my first class, the communication and professionalism has been next level.
Holly has an infectious passion for fitness, and you can tell she is so focused on helping the women who attend. She knows you by name and has the ability to make you feel special, even though she must work with hundreds of women a week. It’s personal touches like that, that I noticed from week 1.
I love attending the classes. When I heard that I needed to commit to three classes a week I thought it was unachievable, but it’s like a switch has been flicked in my brain and I have managed it with ease. I find that I actually look forward to the days I train!
I have so much more energy and the changes I’ve noticed with my body make all the hard work worth it.

Super happy that I joined this group. I was not self motivated to go the gym and had always failed doing workouts at home.
Holly encourages you to push the boundaries when working out and also helps with calorie intake. To make it less boring she changes the pattern of workouts everyday and brings in new challenges. That is best part.!!😃

I can’t recommend these classes enough! I’ve never felt confident enough to be able to walk into a gym and use all of the different equipments, so I really wanted to be able to walk into a class and feel comfortable, and that’s exactly how I feel going. Holly is so lovely and makes you feel so welcome and explains everything in detail. It can be as hard as you need it to be, but she also shows you how you can make the different work outs easier too. I feel so much better in myself for going and look forward to going too (which I never ever thought I would say). So thank you Holly!

After having my daughter in January last year, I struggled to find the time or motivation to get active again. I joined the 6 week challenge program with Absolute Fitness Peterborough as I was so upset with the way I was feeling since giving birth. I had no energy, felt like an 80 year old, joint aches and getting breathless from just climbing 1-2 flights of stairs! I felt like a stranger to my body.
I had no motivation and was really adopting a very unhealthy life style. Then a friend recommended this boot camp to me. I felt very welcomed and confident to achieve my goals. Working at my own pace. Surrounded by amazing ladies, which was a plus as I am a shy person and feel self-conscious if training with opposite sex.

I have just finished the 6 week programme and I'm so so pleased I took the plunge. I was really dubious if it would be right for me but I'm now 9.7lb lighter, 13cm off, physically getting fitter and clothes are starting to fit so much better. I’m not one for babbling on but there are not enough words to describe how Amazing Absolute Fitness is. Like anything you only get out what you put in but after signing up for the 6 week fitness challenge (Bootcamp) I am amazed by what I have achieved. In total I have lost 6.8kg, 27.5cms from my body and dropped back down a dress size. The support and coaching from Holly is unlike any other I have experienced, she has supported and motivated me to achieve my goals. From nutrition to workouts she has everything covered. I joined Absolute Fitness nearly 6 weeks ago and have loved my weekly bootcamp sessions. I'm a busy working mama and have four children. I don't do anything for myself and that had to change. So I joined Holly's bootcamp sessions and go three times a week. It's the best start to my mornings and I can then go home and start the day. I have arteritis in my right hip, a torn pelvic muscle and am peri menapausal. Holly shows you hard, medium and low impact exercises which is so helpful and she is just brilliant and a great motivator. Her set up is just amazing and I absolutely love my 6.30am sessions with her. It's a great environment for women to get fitter. After my 6 week programme has ended, I will be staying on as I can't imagine not going to bootcamp. Its truly done wonders for me. I have more energy and generally feel better in myself. I wanted to loose weight and move more and more importantly enjoy exercise. I've never been one to like exercise and found gyms really intimidating and always thought people would be looking at me. I was also really hard on myself and judge my ability against others and convince myself to never go again.
Since joining Holly and listening to her advice and support as well as the support from others on the programme, i can finally say I ENJOY EXERCISE.

I have absolutely enjoyed my six weeks with Holly, her team and a group of like-minded ladies of different abilities who are all focused on getting fit. This is the first time in my life I can hand on heart say I get excited about getting fit and always look forward to the next session. I thoroughly enjoyed my 6 week transformation course. Holly is amazing, so encouraging and knowledgeable. The course had a positive effect on everything! Improving my weight, diet, sleep, energy levels, fitness levels and my strength. My results were better than I expected, I lost 5.4kg and 38cm in 6 weeks but I never felt hungry or like I had missed out on anything. I was umming and ahhing about doing the BootCamp due to some concerns about my Achilles. I finally went for it and wished I had started sooner! I felt stronger after just one week and have noticed a massive difference in my energy levels, weight, shape and stamina by the end of the Bootcamp! Holly adapts exercises for different levels and is conscious of any niggles or health concerns. I learnt loads about nutrition from the course and I am eating more balanced meals now. Joining the 6 week bootcamp challenge was the best decision I ever made. It helped me fall in love with exercising again. In the whole 6 weeks, I didnt do the same session twice. This is what made it fun, never knowing what you would be turning up to each morning, meaning there was no room to dread it. Holly is the best trainer and makes you feel really comfortable. She has helped me improve my form and push myself. When I started I couldn't do a single press up on my feet, but I can do 5 now. I could only lift 5kg but now I can lift 12.5kg. You really do surprise yourself with how strong you become. In the 6 weeks I lost 4lb and 19 cm from all over my body. Just in time for my wedding and I felt great. I loved it so much that I am now a monthly member! Everyone is so friendly and lovely, I have made some great friends. I highly reccomend Holly and absolite fitness to anyone wanting to make a change and get fit, without feeling judged and inferior to those around you.

I have been doing home workouts but find this being redundant with little or no progress at all. I came across absolute fitness via reviews on Facebook and google and decided to join the 6 week transformation programme. My aim is to tone and strengthen which was easily achieved with this programme. Signed up for 6 week transformation boot camp at beginning of January after my weight had slowly crept up during lockdown, losing 12lb during this time.
Holly is an amazing instructor, keeping me motivated with lots of additional support and nutrition advice. Classes are available early mornings, daytime or evenings so easy to fit in 3 sessions a week around work and other commitments and they are so varied, it’s never boring or repetitive and lots of different options for differing ability levels. I have just completed the 6 week bootcamp and what a difference it has made. My goal was to lose 1-2 kgs which i have achieved. My body looks more toned than when I started and i can now do some of the exercises I could never do such as crunches. The programme is great in that it combines exercise with advice on nutrition and you get a recipe book with loads of meal suggestions! Best thing I’ve ever done! Totally bought into Holly as a coach from the initial video call. My God did I ache after the first couple of sessions but by week two it had passed. I joined Absolute Fitness 6 weeks ago and I can truly admit that its been the best 6 weeks. I've never felt this good ever. Holly is a very supportive and encouraging trainer. I was very nervous when I started, anxious about meeting new people and concerned if I'd be able to cope up as I started from scratch ( No walks, zero exercise, poor fitness levels ) . But it was very different. First , we had a free video consultation. It was an indept session, didn't feel rushed at all. Holly answered all my queries. Her classes are quite varied. They're something different at every session. I look forward to seeing Holly's whiteboard ( that's where she's got her program written down) There's an equally supportive and encouraging whatsapp group. All queries, doubts and fears and answered whether its regarding physical fitness or nutrition. The ladies are very friendly and made me feel welcomed. And one thing that Holly mentioned a few days ago stuck with me. She said that we shouldn't really refer to "cheat days as a punishment" as we need to enjoy life and be able to enjoy food as well without feeling rubbish after that. She always reminded us about finding a balance. I highly recommend Absolute Fitness. I've lost weight and there's been a noticeable difference in my measurements as well. Finished my first 6 weeks with Holly back in September 2021 and am still going now! I've lost 10kg since starting over all and have managed to find a way to enjoy food without feeling guilty or having to restrict myself from the things I love. The instructor Holly is brilliant, sessions are fun and work you to your full potential. I feel a big difference physically. The sessions are different everytime and Holly is very good at keeping you motivated. Love bootcamp so much will be carrying on after the initial six weeks plan.

I have got to say it is SO different with Absolute Fitness boot camp. Holly is amazing and makes the sessions so much fun. You feel so good afterwards. I found Absolute Fitness by accident and thought hey what’s this! Messaged Holly our fab coach who guided me through the process of Bootcamp. Having not trained for a long time was keen to start. Was made very welcome by all the other bootcampers and Holly is an amazing trainer. Sessions as many as your body can handle or just once a week, up to you! 3 sessions a week is advised and you also get a personal nutrition plan. Being veggie, thought I was quite healthy. Soon realised I was eating all the wrong things. The plan is personalised to you, your goals and calorie intake. Add that to the fitness app and it then becomes a way of life. I would definitely recommend Holly to my friends. Indoors and outdoors training. All you need is the willingness to succeed and a great coach. Thank you Absolute Fitness x
