On site kitchen does meal prep along with takeaway food.

A.Where do i start? Stumbled upon here while waiting for my car to be fixed next door.
I'll try & keep it short:
Staff: very friendly & helpfull.
Equipment: Lots of old school machinery, that i hadn't used before, that left my body in tatters.
Nutrition: Excellent small cafe built in that does real tasty nutritious food & homemade shakes.
Atmosphere: no ego/tense feeling but also not fluffy at all. A large range of all backgrounds & colours laughing & getting to it.
N. W.Just what I was looking for old school gym serious lifers and friendly atmosphere.. great food great service .. just visiting from America so wanted something close which it was I know what to look for in a gym being a gym owner .. so glad I found them see you again soon
