This is not your average Globo-gym this is a family run gym by bodybuilders for bodybuilders.
The whole place is full of character and they have some of the best hammer strength equipment available. They also are constantly upgrading the gym and stay on top of maintenance.
This gym is not for princesses. It is a proper bodybuilding gym but will up to date equipment. There is no better gym in Peterborough.

H. U.Excellent gym! Perfect atmosphere, no nonsense and friendly staff and members. Physically impossible to not have a great workout, so many different machines, weights and equipment that gives you variety to each workout. Unbeatable membership too!
a. b.I just got back into the gym. My old one shut down. This was the best gym to suit my needs. Friendly knowledgeable staff and very clean.Top quality cardiovascular and free weight equipment plus no fees just pay as you go. I have trained in gyms all over the country and definition gym is what i call a proper gym.
S. J.Big, well-equipped and well-maintained with knowledgeable staff. Clearly intended for serious gym-goers with an emphasis on strength and bodybuilding, but there are members at all levels and a good selection of cardio machines.
No membership fee, and no patronizing induction either; just turn up and train. Plenty of parking, ladies' toilets are clean; can't speak for the gents'.
Just (August '14) had a makeover with some new machines and a dedicated squat and deadlift area, and a redecoration job which looks great.
