A. M.As a busy business owner this is perfect to go and lose weight and tone up without having to commit to long gym sessions. The 5 D really helped reduce a fat pad that was unsightly. Nice environment spotlessly clean and friendly staff would recommend.

I really like the fact I can get an effective workout done in just 30 minutes, and when you can burn over 1000 calories in that time then that’s even better!
