C. W.I cannot recommend this gym and the team running it enough.
After years of working an office job and a sedentary lifestyle my health was not in a good state.
after a less than thrilling health check up with the doctor’s I decided I had to make a change and made some calls to local large/corporate gyms in the area.
The calls to these establishment’s left me feeling like they had no real interest in me and all they wanted to do was sell to me.
After feeling deflated and more than a little disappointed with the interactions I was having, I decided to search for something a little different to the mainstream and I came across The Workout Hub.
From word go the experience was different, the introduction call was carried out with professionalism, empathy and most importantly I actually felt like what I was saying was being listened too.
I was invited to see the gym and meet the team that day and from the moment I stepped over the threshold I was made to feel welcomed and I knew I’d made the right choice and signed up to a six-week course on the spot.
Any fears I had going into the first class soon disappeared as the trainers were welcoming and understood my limitations and tailored the classes to my abilities.
After a tough but fun six weeks I have lost a total of 24lbs (10 Kilo’s) which I am over the moon with, the team has supported me with my nutrition and kept the classes varied and interesting.
I’d like to thank Liam, Josh, Ellie, Zoe, Dom and the other members for the inclusive, feel good environment they consistently create, I cannot wait to see where I am after my next six weeks.
