Aerial Asylum is a truly amazing place! The instructors are incredibly knowledgeable and very supportive. My daughter has been learning aerial with Emma for 3 years now and as she is still only 9, Emma is always very patient and encouraging. I recently completed an Everything Aerial 4 week course myself with Becki which was great fun! I'd highly recommended giving it a go!

Aerial Asylum is fantastic. Instructors are amazing and patient but will really challenge you to push yourself. Wide range of classes available from beginners to advanced, there's something for everyone, no matter your fitness level. Aerial is a different kind of workout than anything else and it's one of the first fitness classes that's really kept my attention and kept me coming back for more. Would recommend it to anyone.

Aerial Asylum has great instructors and fun, challenging classes! The atmosphere is inclusive and supportive. It’s awesome to get a fun workout while spending time with such amazing people! If you’re curious about pole or aerial but aren’t sure, come along to a free taster session! You’ll find no judgement, just encouragement and good fun 😊

Wonderful studio with fantastic instructors! I go to Aerial Asylum every week to have lessons with Becki. I have so much fun and highly recommend others to give it a go!
Safe equipment, patient instructors and a homely environment.
Perfect!

Aerial Asylum is my favorite studio in plymouth! Not only are the staff friendly and professional, but they genuinely care about their students progress. Being "plus sized" - i usually find these types of places very daunting but i've always been made to feel completely at ease by the instructors, moving up from beginners to higher level classes at my own pace. highly recommend!

I've tried all of the aerial studios in Plymouth and this is by far the best place for aerial hoop and aerial silks. The instructors are fantastic, encouraging, helpful... They'll show you the move over and over until you get it and give you tips on how to get it perfect. They teach a whole range of moves, there's always something new every week, and revisit "nemesis" moves regularly. And there's a fantastic community spirit among the people who train here.

I love this place. The instructors are all excellent, both as teachers and as aerial/pole wizards themselves, and have created a welcoming, supportive and productive space - regardless of who you are or how able you are - with a good range of classes and times available. I would (and frequently do) recommend to anyone wanting to give it a go or who is looking for a new studio.

I'm hooked! Wanted to try Silks for so long, Aerial Asylum made me so welcome. Honestly the friendliest most encouraging instructors you could ask for. If you are on the fence DO IT!
