Member of this gym since Aug 2021. Great program, lost plenty of weight, put on some muscle and keeping it off with regular sessions. Much fitter and really enjoy the atmosphere and positive vibe from the coaches and the other members. Can strongly recommend if you want to transform yourself and get back into better shape.

This gym has been a lifeline in the past 12 months. Not only have the trainers helped with my weight loss and helped me get to a good level of fitness, they have also helped me with nutritional advice when needed, along with boosting my self confidence and mental health. The sessions are tailored to help you push yourself to extend your limits without being over complicated. The trainers Lewis, Nick and Freddie are very knowledgeable and always ready to offer help and advice when needed. The members are a great bunch of lads who support each other without agenda. I would definitely recommend giving The Mens Hub a try if your looking to make a positive change to your health.

I've just completed the 4 week Kick Start programme at Men's Hub Bamber Bridge. Initially I was a little apprehensive because I hadn't been to the gym or done much exercise for the past few years, but my fears were put to rest after the first session due to the friendly and approachable trainers and all the other members, many of whom were in the same boat as me when they started. As for the results, I cannot believe what a difference attending 3 sessions per week for the past month has made . I've lost about 5kg in fat mass and my visceral fat level is down significantly. My muscle mass has also increased and my overall weight is down. I'm really enjoying the classes and feel like I am getting a lot from attending. I have also noticed that I have much more energy and I am able to do more with my 2 year old son than I could before I started. Overall, this has been a brilliant experience and I have now signed up to continue with Men's Hub. Thanks to all the trainers and other members for making this experience a good one!

This gym is amazing. After 25 years of playing rugby league i finally hung up my boots but the weight started to pile on. I tried doing exercise myself but I was never motivated to continue. I was missing the team exercise environment.
Then just before Covid i came across the Mens Hub at Bamber Bridge. There are no egos at the gym just like minded blokes who want to get fitter.
I would describe the sessions as weighted circuits that are adapted daily. The trainers are all excellent and very knowledgeable. They will ensure you maintain form through the exercise but will adapt if you have an injury.
I initially signed up for a 4 week trial but quickly signed up for over a year as I know I have found the missing fitness programme I was looking for.
I can honestly say my physique looks better and I feel stronger than when I was playing rugby.

I returned from holiday in 2021 looked back on the family photos and I was ashamed. I stumbled across the men’s hub and I can honestly say it has been brilliant. I have tried other gyms over the years joined running clubs and plenty of other stuff but nothing every stuck.
Im still a member after 14 months and if you are reading this then get signed up quick.
Since the started I walked into a place with no egos no judging just like minding guys determined to make a change.
The coaching guidance you receive is brilliant a big shout out to Lewis, Freddie and Nick knowledge lads who genuinely care and are a huge asset to the hub
The guys that go are brilliant there are success stories all over the place I’ve seen with my own eyes guys making some huge changes since I joined
Since starting I’m the healthiest I’ve been in years, I completed my first triathlon this year and without the hub it would not of been possible.
What more can I say get involved you will not regret it (apart from birthday burpees)

At first I was apprehensive when I first saw MH advertised on FB but eventually signed up and quite honestly have never looked back. The training team at Bamber Bridge are brilliant, headed up by Lewis, assisted by Freddie & Nick come up with fresh and challenging workouts session on session. It has a brilliant atmosphere, with everyone going to challenge themselves, no egos just hard work and a great buzz. I would definitely recommend it if you’re stuck in a rut with your physical and mental state give it a go you’ve got nothing to loose.

I joined here in May 21 after many yo-yo attempts at keeping fit and getting the weight off.. I’ve been going ever since and as well as losing weight am now fitter , stronger and healthier in both body and mind… Great atmosphere , excellent coaches and a place where any egos are left at the door.. Just like minded people with similar goals..
Very highly recommend this if you want to get fit and stay fit both physically and mentally..
