My first experience of Pilates was excellent. Steph made me feel immediately comfy and confident. She really explains things well and has a lovely relaxing tone. Her new on line sessions are equally as good, highly recommended.

Pilates with Steph brilliant! I had a great time at her Saturday morning class, felt very looked after and comfortable having not done any pilates for a few years. I attended the first Strength and Soul Pilates launch day in Preston and it was excellent. Steph has been teaching bespoke classes at our offices in Manchester for some time so it was great to see the new studio. Steph's classes are challenging, and welcoming - you can feel the burn whilst performing each exercise. Pilates has been great for my core strength, balance and for toning up. I would definitely recommend Steph and Strength and Soul Pilates studio!

Steph is a fabulous instructor, clear and knowledgable. My posture is 100 percent better and my abs are more engaged on a daily basis. The lessons focus on all parts of the body and so I feel I am getting a whole body stretch and tone. I recommend to all to come and have a go at pilates with steph.

I really enjoyed the class. Steph catered for the range abilities in the group really well, explaining and demonstrating the various progressions of each exercise for different abilities. The studio is smart and was a nice place to be. I'll be going again next time I'm in the area.
