I totally love classes with Sedge at Fitness Together! They are fun and varied so all levels of fitness and exercise preference are catered for. You also get the personal interaction and a welcome I've never encountered at a gym. I love dancing and keeping fit so I do the 'unlimited' package which enables me to do as many Zumba, Dance Aerobics, and HIIT classes as I want each week. So it's fantastic value for money too!!

Great classes with Sedge who is a great instructor. HIIT is a brilliant all over body work out in half an hour. Sedge will work you hard and won't let you slack off when she knows you can do it. Equally if you have an injury she will happily adjust the exercises to your needs. It’s a great way to get fit and have fun.
All the classes are very friendly and we always have a good laugh as well as a good workout ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Sedge's classes are such fun, the minute you walk in you feel welcomed and there is a really happy atmosphere. Sedge will have you smiling and laughing your way through a sweaty workout, encouraging you as you go. It doesn't matter what level you are, she caters for everyone! I love the variety from each class and the buzz you leave with afterwards. Her members are all lovely, I have made some fantastic friends! Come along and join in the fun with us!

I can't remember how long I have been going to Sedge's classes but it is probably well over 20 years with firstly aerobics and now Zumba. Sedge is a great teacher and very motivating and can remember everyone's names! Her classes are fun and I always have a great workout. There are lots of classes to choose from. Highly recommend.

I have been going to Sedge’s classes on and off for 24 years! She has an infectious enthusiasm and sense of fun that you’d be hard pushed to get anywhere else. She encourages everyone to work hard, but at their own level, and will offer alternatives to get a more or less intense workout. She somehow manages to remember everyone’s name, which makes you feel welcome. I love her classes and want to continue for another 24 years!

I have been going to Sedge's Zumba sessions for almost a year now and I love it. I have so much fun, enjoy it every time I go and always leave feeling like I've completed a good workout. Fitness Together have lots of amazing classes to choose from. Sedge is a friendly and super motivating instructor. I do HIIT (every class is different), dance aerobics and Zumba - I love class! Everybody in all the classes are very welcoming! There are a choice of venues in Reading. You should try Fitness Together - it is awesome!

Sedge's classes are great - the best type of workout you can find. Dance aerobics combines a warm up, then a dance routine that everyone can manage as it is built up gradually, followed by floor work to tone the muscles. Sedge is great fun, we always have a laugh and leave the class smiling and feeling we've achieved a good workout.

Fitness Together classes are SO much fun. A good workout and a great laugh too. Sedge knows each of us and tailors moves specifically for us, whether to make it easier or more challenging! I laugh and dance my way through the classes and wouldn't want to be doing anything else on a Monday night!

I go to some of Sedge’s Zumba, Dance Aerobics, HIIT and Pilates Classes and enjoy every single one. Sedge is a brilliant instructor, she’s passionate about what she does and she always makes me feel so welcome. Her classes vary each week so I never get bored. I’d got into bad shape having had my daughter 2 years go and have been consistently going to Sedge’s classes since March. I’ve lost over 2 stone since then, my body is much more toned and I feel the fittest I’ve been in years. Sedge offers different payment options - pay as you go, pay monthly for certain classes or pay monthly for unlimited classes. There’s no tie-ins so you can cancel or take a break at anytime.

I've been going to Sedge's classes for years,she has loads of different classes from dance aerobics to pilates, something everyone, all ages all sizes!! She treats you like a friend and is full of fun, sometimes you go to class feeling a bit down and come out with a spring in your step,you feel like you've had a good workout and left your worries outside for a while I would recommend fitness together to anyone

I went to my first HIIT session last night and the atmosphere was really lovely. The trainer makes you feel so welcome and then works you really hard to obtain the best results. I've been looking for a fitness class for a while without having to subscribe to the gym.. and I think I've finally found it!
