This gym is like having a personal trainer every time you go to the gym but sharing this with great motivated people who help push you to exercise that little bit harder. You can go at your own pace, learn't soo many new exercises and have became the fittest I have ever been.

Great gym, I joined a month ago and can already see the result from a fitness levels. With the current global situation, they are very thorough and clean everything right after our use. Some may say over the top but it helps to feel good to come back on a regular basis.

I joined The Shredquarters 10 months ago, having heard the advert on the radio and haven't looked back. I hadn't trained for several years, so wasn't in a good shape and thought it might not be suitable, however Adam, Hannah, Gemma and Carlton have all been incredible. Every session is different which keeps you coming back. If you can't do an exercise, no problem, the instructors have several steps for each one and you'll be doing that exercise you thought was impossible in no time. I've been a member of several gyms over the years, from 24 h gyms to health clubs with spas, none of these compare to The Shredquarters. Every member is really supportive and you feel welcome the minute you walk in, the atmosphere is amazing. All the instructors know your name giving the place a personal touch. Tailored personal training sessions are also available and will help you meet your goals. If you want results fast, try the 8 week shred, you'll be astounded at what can be achieved with the expert guidance. If you have a goal, you WILL achieve it at The Shredquarters.

I would be lying if I said I love attending SQ, boy it is tough!! Having done very little training for some 20+ years I was a mess when I joined up in Oct 2016. However, with each class being different and pushing every part of the body, training amongst great fellow members, coupled with fantastic and enthusiastic trainers, nothing will ever compare. Beats the results of any other gym hands down. As I say, I don't always have the motivation to hit the 6am class but I'm always glad I have...............once it's over!! :o)

Best workouts in town.. always different and always challenging. Amazing trainers who will always modify the workouts on the fly if you have any injuries and second to none in terms of getting everyone motivated. Best of all is the SQ community. Real family feel to the place and egos are all checked at the door. Everyone is all in and it’s an even playing field for all.

Words cannot describe how much I love my gym. It's not an ordinary gym, thank goodness cause I get bored. Instead, it's instructor led training classes that are HARD even my eyeballs sweat combined with lots and lots of friendly faces. Joined 5 months ago, have lost 7kg and down a dress size... I am a lot stronger too and I feel AMAZING. You go here to push yourself with the support of fellow Shreddies and the Instructors and the rewards are astonishing. Can highly recommend.

I've never enjoyed gym's before but The Shredquarters is completely different to anything I (and I'm betting you) have tried. There's a really friendly and welcoming atmosphere, that comes from Adam & Hannah, through to all the other trainers, who take the time to get to know you, really know their stuff and will ensure that you're doing things correctly. Each session is an hour long class, lead by at least two qualified personal trainers (more at the busier times), so you never have to worry about what you're doing, there's a good spread of class times so there's availability for all work/life schedules, each class has a max no. of participants so it's never 'too busy', you book using a really simple to use App, the equipment is good quality and well looked after and just as importantly as all the above, the place is full of really nice people and is as far removed from 'normal' gyms that seem to be full of 'gym t*ssers' as you can get. In a nut shell, it's group personal training in a great gym, with great trainers without the need to have a second mortgage to pay for a personal trainer. I'm hooked.

I’ve been training here for over a year now and have to say that the trainers are really great and know how to motivate you! plus the workouts are never the same but still pretty tough and great fun as well! I highly recommend attending one of the Shred Classes!

I went this morning for the first time, having not exercised in forever. The equipment and space are great and the trainers could not have been any more supportive. I was pushed to keep going (during a pretty brutal but fun and diverse session) while still being allowed to go at my own pace. The environment and atmosphere was great and I will definitely be back!

The most difficult part of joining Shredquarters is walking through the door on your first visit. The sessions are very intense and you are encourage to push yourself to YOUR limits every session so that you can hit your goals. Its a driven yet supportive environment with no ego's looking down on you, I can honestly say the culture is more supportive than any other place I have been to. If you are serious about increasing your fitness and strength or losing weight this is the place for you.
