Great friendly studio. Coach Paul gives each rider individual attention and coaching advice during the sessions. On the Watt bikes you can do very specific sessions, which are great for increasing your bike fitness and as everything is measurable and recordable you can see how you improve, This is great for motivation and encourages you to pedal even harder!

Fantastic cycling studio. The wattbikes are brilliant, clean, and well maintained. There are powerful fans to keep you cool. And, a great shower and changing room next door. Perfect session in there - shame about my HR during the Sweet Spot sessions! Thank Paul! It was a real pleasure. Highly recommend. I may be based in New York, but if I was in Southampton -I’d be a regular.

I have been attending the studio for the past 3 months. I am a GB triathlon age group athlete, and already seen improvements in technique and power output.
Paul follows a structured approach mixing intensity sessions with recovery. Because the sessions are geared to your FTP, everyone in the class is able to follow instructions to their level.
Highly recommended

We (DHC) had a fantastic session with Paul. He has a great setup with the Watt Bikes, big screen for videos or rider information all set in a purpose built unit.
We rocked up and within minutes all six of us had our bikes setup and we were off. The purpose of the session was to obtain our FTP so that we could find out how we all improve over the winter. So, the Watt Bikes certainly came into to their own and after a few grueling minutes presented us with our numbers.
We will be back.... There are improvements in our performance to be had! Regarding Paul and the performance of Echelon... Spot on!

Friendly setup with informative structured coaching. Paul makes the What, How and Why make sense in an encouraging and motivational way. Great variety of sessions at convenient times to fit around work. Absolutely recommended to help you get the most enjoyment and development out of your hard work, whatever your level.

A really good cycling studio and well set up. Paul certainly knows what he's talking about and has loads of enthusiasm. It doesn't matter if you are a beginner or experienced, he caters for all needs. Open from early in the morning till later in the evening and reasonably priced. I highly recommend going down for a look.

Not the strongest rider in the club so the FTP test was great to show me where I am and where I need to improve. Paul was on hand with expert knowledge, guidance. I will most definitely be looking into booking sessions in the new year. Fantastic facilities and great experience.

Paul has a fantastic set up! He is incredibly knowledgeable and the training timetable offers lots of opportunities to fit a session in around a busy life. Improved results are guaranteed if you put in some effort!

Great coaching facility for complete novices all the way up to professional cyclists. Paul is a great coach and really knows how to get the best out of you and the watt bikes you will be riding!

I wasn't sure about using shorter, focussed indoor training on wattbikes compared to my usual diet of long outdoor rides in all weathers - but decided to give the Echelon way a trial.
The result for me was a significant performance increase after 2 months (16 sessions) - very happy with that, though I may now need to rethink future training!
The sessions take into account current fitness, so that people at different levels can can all work as hard as each other, and share in the experience!
