F.I walked into this place not really knowing nothing Mike jones and Daniel bourne trained me for a charity event and gave me the best 8 weeks I’ve ever had equally all the other coaches were always on hand to ask questions help us out even when they didn’t have to THANK YOU EXILE thank you exile this will live me me for ever

D. H.Had an interclub here, the trainers were great the sparring wasn't. Ref and coaches kept telling my match to slow down but he wouldn't listen, was trying to throw bombs for 3 minutes straight not great for my first inter but can't blame the gym the guy was a nob should of been matched with someone that could put him to sleep then he might learn some humility.

M. B.Top gym for MMA Thai Boxing BJJ classes and fitness. Most importantly home of Regents Amateur Boxing Club Tuesday and Thursdays 720pm till 9pm classes for all abilities. England Boxing affiliated club
T. B.Amazing amount of fighters and everyone was pretty friendly. They have a lot of classes after 5 though so you might get tired if you do multiple classes back to back.
