Amazing shop and amazing people! For someone who just started taking proteins and needed that extra energy in the gym, I can say that I am more than impressed by their range of products and their kind help. I spent 30 minutes or more in the shop with Raf explaining what it will be best for me and helping me with a schedule. It's a nice atmosphere and energy every time when you walk into the store, so I definitely had to write a review for those lovely people who are really passionate about their job, because you can tell by their approach how much they enjoy what they're doing :)

Came into the shop a few days ago looking for some quality protein and amino acids. Found exactly what I was looking for and I was extremely surprised and pleased by the range of supplements offered! It was great, the shop had a variety of each type of supplement to choose from, even a section full of free - from and sugar free sauces and snacks which I found brilliant. As soon as I walked into the shop and started looking for products, one of the staff members approached me and helped me find what I wanted. With every supplement that I asked about I received a full explanation of exactly what it is, the properties of it and the different ingredients it contained! Excellent range of high end vitamin and mineral supplements for well being, as well as protein powders for various sporting endeavours. I started cycling to work and back recently and my legs were KILLING me. I went in and asked if they had anything that could help and they recommended me some BCAA and electrolyte powder. That was on Wednesday. Today is Friday and I've been cycling since. Legs are still naturally a bit tired, but the DOMS has gone away and I already feel much stronger in the saddle. The main thing is I didn't have to take a break from cycling. As a slightly overweight 38 year old, I was a bit worried that I'd feel out of place going in there at first. But not at all, they're really easy going and focused on getting you what you need. No hard upsell, just professional people that treat you like a client rather than just a customer. I'd go here instead of Holland & Barrett in future. It's clearly a way of life for the owners and staff. The expertise can't be overstated 10/10
