Southampton spirit club is really good. The swimming pool is nice size if you like to do lengths, and it is always clean and warm. The staff are always professional and friendly especially Sam the manager and Tyler deputy manager. The club has a fully equipped gym and each changing room has its own sauna. Also there is a jacuzzi near the pool which is a nice size and a really great place to relax in. The changing room is a fair size with lockers that you will need a pound or trolley token 2 shower's with plenty hot water, there are always plenty things to do here at this club.my family are members and we always have a great time. I would certainly advise giving this club a chance great price, great staff, great facilities.

Love this gym! Very well priced better than any other health club within the local area. Pool, sauna and Jacuzzi are always clean and tidy. The gym it's self is great with all good equipment and a good selection of weights. Staff are polite and helpful and parking is included in the price. Would highly recommend.

Love this place and have been a member for 6+ years. I only really use it for swimming but there is also a small but well equipped gym, saunas, jacuzzi and regular classes. I won't lie, it has its problems but then doesn't everywhere? However, the staff are friendly and helpful and try to resolve things as much as they can! A bonus is 3 hours free parking and with the hotel right on the doorstep, where better to finish your visit with a hot cuppa? Very competitive membership fees, which also include a book of vouchers, be it free guest passes, discounts, or even free cups of tea or coffee at hotel. Would recommend 😊

I really enjoy Spirit. It's never too busy and the staff are always really nice and welcoming. The pool is nice, the hottub is nice, the changing rooms are changing rooms and the showers are showers! The steam room is never packed and the gym is never busting out of the seams. Free parking. Literally, there's nothing more you could want for c£30 a month! The alternative is the Quays which is too busy and you have to pay for parking! I'm very happy where I am.

I usually attend the gym off peak, so nice and quiet in the afternoon. Swimming sometimes gets busy between 7-8am ish, but it is clean. The only negative is charging for towels, which used to be free! It's hassle taking towels in the mornings, as well as work attire etc - Bring back free towel usage for members.. Then you'd get your 5 stars :)

Have been at this gym for a few years now and it’s great for us-lovely pool and never gets too busy! Really reasonable price aswell! A couple more classes would be lovely and a little update in the facilities would be great but apart from that very friendly staff and well worth joining!

A great place to swim, nice size gym as big enough to have a variety of equipment, but not so big it feels intimidating. Pool is lovely. Free parking if you pop your reg number in.

Great place, friendly staff, good range of equipment in the gym, pool, hot tub and sauna, drinking water and towels (for v. reasonable fee), nice to get in from 06:30am, open to late evening, reasonable membership with no joining fee, what's not to like?!

Good location for me , that`s why I joined it 2 years ago. Not expensive Staff members are friendly and helpful. Clean and good value for money.. My only concern that sometimes they are short with staff so close down earlier.

seb sam and tyler very friendly and approach with greeting everyday pool jacuzzi and sauna are all perfect for what we need it for its tidy and clean and if there is an issue its addressed and sorted quickly as possible great value for money and parking is easy and convenient the other gyms we have used do not compare to this this occasion you pay less but get more for your money where as other places you pay more for stuckup people so thanks to our friend we found a great way of socialising and relaxing KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK GUYS
