G. C.I’m a seventy seven year old chap who hasn’t been to a gym for over forty years so I was very apprehensive on my first visit today but it was completely unfounded, I was greeted by Bret & Vicki who immediately made feel welcome and put me at ease.
Vicki explained the equipment to me and set me off on bike ride through the Arches national park in Utah, most enjoyable if not tiring.
The quality of all the equipment and facilities is top class, this will be my destination every Wednesday from now on.
K. S.A first class strength gym. The equipment has been handpicked for weightlifting and is best in class with Prime and Hammer Strength amongst the rest. The gym itself is beautiful, private showers with a place to dress, sauna, sunbeds, coffee shop, supplements and… an aesthetics clinic attached! For the quality of the pieces, the whole gym vibe and everything else you can get while you’re there it’s really impressive.
C. H.I’ve been looking for a gym to carry out strength training to improve my running performance and help prevent knee and ankle injuries. Fortunately this one has just opened and it fits my needs perfectly. There’s a such huge range of equipment that I can’t help but look forward to each session. The other gyms I’ve tried locally have all been lacking in a few key areas but this one has everything I’m looking for. It also helps that it’s a pleasantly environment with superb changing facilities. There’s help on hand with training plans and advice on how to use the equipment. Highly recommended.
