D.Well run family business .. great customer service while there my child absolutely loves his classes very professional training for all ages highly recommend.

Never thought I would be a Green sash, now working toward Blue after just 2 years.
2 children's classes split by age, ladies only, mixed adults, students groups.
Classes available virtually every day.
Snacks & drinks available.
Successful fight team recently competed at Irish Open (March 2020) & won 2 golds, silver & bronze medals.
Friendly group, well-run club based near the Liberty Stadium

My daughter has trained there for over 4 years in which time she has competed in many comps including the World games. She holds 2 x Welsh ,2 x World Championships since training at Two Dragons Martial Arts
