The new gym at Cheney Manor is a brilliant space to work out in. Annie adapts each class to the individuals in it. Here I am working out with my son! Come and give us a try!!

I saw a friend on Facebook recommending Ensemble fitness, so I got in contact and have been using Annie's services at Ensemble for approx 3 months now and it changed my outlook on training & exercising, I would even go as far to say it's changed my life. Before I used to hate going to a gym, it was boring, repetitive and after the first few weeks, I would start to make excuses to not go. But with Annie it's interesting and every session is different, it's still hard work, but enjoyable. Annies enthusiasm rubs off on you and you just want to succeed. Annie also takes time to listen and advise on my terrible eating habits and with her help, I've stopped gaining weight and started to lose it.
