I joined Thrive fitness at the end of December 2021, initially with the pay as you go option, which was super helpful so I could get a taste of all the classes before deciding whether to go with the monthly payment option. I knew instantly that I was going to sign up for the monthly option pretty much from my first day with Thrive! Lisa is such a warm personality and I instantly liked her. She made me feel at ease and gave me the confidence I needed to get back into fitness after a long break. I really look forward to the group sessions I do with Thrive and I can feel my strength and fitness improving dramatically thanks to Lisa and team. Highly recommend ! 🙌🏻

The best gym experience I have ever had! Lisa makes exercise enjoyable and has created a friendly, welcoming community that support and cheer each other on in exercise and in general life. Lisa is full of positivity and genuinely cares about all the members and their individual goals. Since joining Thrive I have gained confidence, strength and no longer view exercise as a chore. Thrive cater to all levels of fitness with its variety of classes from different types of weights, equipment and various bodyweight exercises. Each workout targets different areas of the body. You leave each sessions being challenged and know you’ve worked hard!
In the past 5 months since joining my overall fitness, flexibility, strength and mind set has improved massively. I feel more confident and can see the hard work is paying off.
No matter what your ability Lisa fills you with confidence.

Lisa has dramatically changed how I feel about working out and training. I used to HATE going to the gym but Lisa goes above and beyond to help me (and everyone!) feel at home during classes and personal training sessions. I genuinely look forward to going and seeing her smiley face. I can’t thank her enough for creating such an amazing environment to train in (and for the free therapy sessions :)) She motivates and inspires and is one of the most positive people i’ve ever met! If you’re thinking about it then please just go and try you won’t regret it. Just before Christmas myself and my friend went together as moral support. Hands down it’s the best decision we made. I’ve tried peloton, DL along with other gyms/classes and I’ve not been to anything like Lisa’s! The members, Lisa herself nothing compares. The classes are SO GOOD and Lisa really pushes you to do your best. I actually look forward to going which is a total shock. I couldn’t now go anywhere else. Totally recommend! No class since I’ve been going has been the same. Best classes and trainer in Swindon by far.

Thrive is by far the best gym I've been to for group workout classes. The trainers are always enthusiastic and encouraging and the workouts are always tough and varied. I love training here! 😀

Thrive Fitness is one of a kind. Lisa is the most positive, motivating and knowledgeable person I have ever come across in this industry. I look forward to every session as they’re so varied and fun - I’ve never stuck to anything quite like this before. Being such a small business it really has that personal touch and you feel like you always have support and assistance when needed. My fitness has improved so much but more importantly Thrive does wonders for keeping that mental health in check. Lisa is a joy to be around which rubs off on all of the lovely members. I’d recommend anyone to sign up!

My overall fitness has improved massively since joining Lisa’s classes, I look forward to every session! I find the exercising relieves stress and is good for mental health and strength training helps to build bone & muscle while in the menopause.
Each workout is fun and motivating and training in a small group of lovely ladies while encouraging each other is confidence boosting.
Lisa is passionate about what she does and is so motivating with amazing advice and support!

I could not recommend Thrive Fitness enough!
I have been a member with Lisa since September 2018; 5 sessions a week and I have seen major results.
Results including strength, endurance, mobility, weight loss fitness etc.
Everyday is different, so you don’t know what your getting yourself in for... which is exciting. We are always pushed in a positive way to do that extra thing which you maybe scared off!
It’s very interactive, all the other members are great to train with and equally as encouraging.
Although.. Lisa is the main reason! Her knowledge and understands our individual bodies and best ways to reach our goals. She is very caring and makes you feel super comfortable. She’s motivating, enthusiastic, personable and always smiling! Her ‘don’t give up’ attitude is admirable.
When I leave I feel as though I have achieved a lot and worked hard towards my goal!
