Brand new 24/7 Fitness Gym opened on the old site of Simply Gym. Much improved facilties and brand new training equipment. Lots of free parking available and very spacious inside. Classes are due to start on the 4th January 2022.

Recently rejoined, so far so good! Facilities are OK, changing rooms and toilet looking very old now. Spin studio is good, instructors are OK.. Although not Les Mills spin classes which is a shame.

Great gym and friendly staff, soecual mention to the manager Chris, such a friendly and welcoming person

Great environment and vibe, excellent variety of kit for everyone, whether your new to a gym or a hard-core gym goer lifting heavy. With a range of weight equipment from pin machines to plate loaded. It's so nice to go to a gym and see the members respecting and following the COVID control measures, to keep up all safe. After a long time, I have finally found a gym that I actually look forward to visiting.

I have been a member at most gyms in Telford and I was really impressed with the amount of equipment and the atmosphere. Only gripe is changing rooms have no heating and are very cold. Toilets/showers haven’t been refitted like the rest of the gym so looks tired and outdated.

Excellent gym, plenty of weights and machines ideal for a beginner and more advanced persons. The number 1 thing is the paper towels used to wipe machines down. They have stronger towels than the other gyms I've been to in the area (theGym, Pure Gym) which means they don't fall apart when wiping down machines. This is the main reason I love this gym. The second best thing is the number of mirrors and placement of machines. All machines where you would like to check form have mirrors in front (squat racks, power racks, cable machines, benches)

First day at the gym today, had problems with my pin.. so on arrival, I met hayley the gm and she was very polite and approachable, and helped me with my problem, hayley is a credit to 24/7 gym and very professional, the gym is well set out and caters for most if not all needs and is very clean, I highly recommended
