From the moment I contacted Becky she showed me support. She worked the schedule around me and this got organised in advance so we had a long term plan. When my partner arrived from Australia she was instrumental in giving her a focus and fitness plan throughout her time here. Becky also worked out space for us to have couple sessions. These were so fun and we always left feeling proud and like we had bonded through the workout. Personally I really wanted to build strength and this is exactly what the PT sessions have allowed me to do. Becky provided a space for me to grow in confidence as well as maintaining fitness. Becky wasn't just a trainer but someone who clearly cared for my overall wellbeing. I cannot thank Think Fit Cornwall enough for their guidance. Highly recommend.

I joined the BP by ThinkFit to force myself to be accountable really, but I wasn’t sure what to expect.. I’m very anxious in unknown situations and I was incredibly nervous before the first session. I was paranoid about being judged by others, not being good enough, not being strong enough and not having enough stamina... But I can honestly say that Think Fit has become an integral part of my life already! I was apprehensive about committing to 3 mornings a week on top of a hectic schedule but some weeks we’re fitting in 4, 5, 6 sessions now! It’s addictive and the results are measurable and visible. The classes have become a priority for me, not a stress. Becky, Ria and Bex? Absolute inspirations. Honestly- never met such a cool, driven, fit, enthusiastic bunch of ladies! Every time class is hurting or I’m worn out I just have to look up at these 3 and I find the determination to smash it! But be warned- they know exactly how to engage each individual person in class- supporting, encouraging, cheering and tapping into competitiveness where needed!!! Think Fit is so much more than 3 classes a week- it’s a mind set, a lifestyle choice and freaking awesome fun whilst you’re at it!

Making the decision to start personal training sessions with Ria from Think Fit was the best I’ve made in a long time! She takes the time to really get to know you, what you want from the sessions and this is constantly reviewed and changed If required. Her attention to the smallest detail in posture, stance or how I am doing a particular action is reassuring. She is so positive and encouraging even when I’m not feeling my best. Currently half way through mine and Lizzie’s personal training sessions with Ria and can’t recommend Think Fit enough – they actually give us something to look forward to on a Monday morning! Currently on about my 7th week of a 12 week Body Project programme and I'm feeling amazing, really noticing the positive changes and feelings in my body, lost weight, feeling much stronger and getting more toned and less wobbly!! I was nervous about how I'd get on with the 6am work outs but LOVE it and the results. I cannot recommend enough, if your considering it, do it. Becky and Rias' classes and support is awesome. Also really recommend Think Kitchen for food and nutritional support too, even if you think your healthy, I did, but now I have a much better understanding of food groups and am now eating even better and more than ever and feeling great. 😄

I started the zoom early morning class's in November as I wanted to get my fitness back but in this Covid world didn't want to be training with other people. I've found the class's varied, testing at times and 'enjoyable'. I would highly recommend Think Fit whatever your fitness levels are.

Think fit is so much more than an exercise group - it’s a way of life. They offer a range of classes, programmes and dietary support all at incredibly reasonable prices. Thanks to Becky and Ria who run the classes, Think Fit provides a space where you can push yourself to the max without judgement and receive all the support and motivation you could ever want. Don’t get me wrong, the classes will make you sweat like no other but I’ve never had so much fun doing it. As someone who hated exercise but needed to do something to improve my health (and shift those extra pounds) I was nervous when I first started going. However, I needn't of worried. The environment they have created is like one massive, supportive family consisting of men and women, old and young, all shapes and sizes on their fitness journey. Discovering these wonderful ladies is one of the best things I’ve ever done!

Quite simply the best thing I have ever found! I never thought I would be the person who actually enjoyed going to fitness classes and working really hard, but the encouragement, constantly changing sessions, fun ideas and comradery among everyone makes it irresistible and so enjoyable. Now I am lifting weights I never imagined and my body looks super sculpted, with muscles where I have never had them before. I feel great about myself and have made new friends, it is a great social experience. With ThinkFit you get to learn great technique and you will constantly be encouraged to achieve what they can see in you, to push beyond your boundary and find a sense of achievement you didn’t think possible. Genuinely changed my life for the better, forever 💋
