Can’t recommend highly enough! I was nervous before starting, but my first class was so fun and welcoming I never looked back. I’m enjoying fitness like never before, feel stronger and more confident in my body. All the instructors and staff are so friendly, knowledgeable and really good at what they do. Love!

Such an amazing place, the owner vicky is lovely, very down to earth and has created a really special environment where we can relax and enjoy ourselves. Amazing studio and the teachers are great, helps with fitness so much and so quickly and very welcoming of anyone wishing to join, it's literally the best sport I've ever done 😁I always recommend it to all of my friends!
