M. P.Sensible hours and clean facilities. Just what we need for easing back after lockdown.
A nice range of equipment in good working order.
Sure it's not a top of the line gym, but the prices are very reasonable and they offer £5/month discount to people who work in Birchwood park.
The gym is split over 2 floors. A spin studio downstairs and machines and free weight zone upstairs.
There is a lift for disabled access.
Remote booking via an app ensures you can pick times to suit you and is much easier than calling up. This is especially necessary as they currently have a 15 person limit to help social distancing.
C.Go here every week for a Salsa class, it's very clean and well set out. They do a range of classes to suit everyone.

A. C.I gave a 2 star review 8 years ago for lack of investment in the gym equipment. Having joined again recently due to working on the estate I have mixed views... Unfortunately the facilities have not changed from then. However, the price has come down from £35 to £20 per month and they have abolished the 12 month contract so at least some things have improved. There is a personal and friendly feel about it from the staff and other gym users making it a pleasant place to workout but the main issue for me is the lack of equipment. For example, there is only one very old squat rack which is in high demand during the time I go which means I have to go to another gym on legs day making it expensive.
C. N.Nice little Gym. While the gym is very small it is a bit more personal. I use the off peak membership as I only go late mornings so it's ideal (£170 for 12 months), pretty good value compared to total fitness. While I agree some investment would't go a miss I found the staff helpful and was offered a month by month basis as apposed to a 12 month contract. I have never had a problem getting on a machine a very rarely find more then 10 people in at the same time
