Never been here before today. Never even knew it existed. Great value for money, the food was amazing. Staff very friendly. Attended with my work friend and his daughter will definitely be coming back with my nephews

Clean and spacious with play areas to cover all ages. Good food that caters for all dietary requirements. And it's warm, unlike the majority of soft play centres! I feel like my kids are genuinely safe playing here.

This play centre is great for kids if not a little expensive. The menu is also good. I love that they do not sell chips, sausage and chicken nuggets. However, after we spent £50 on entry and lunch we were informed that we were only allowed one glass of tap water each. We could however buy as much bottled water as we like and add to the world's plastic problem. I thought this was simply mean and not at all environmentally friendly.

We visited The Jungle for the first time this weekend and what fun we had! My little boy is two and he had a blast. There is so much to do for all ages - a smaller section for under 4’s which is ideal for little ones and included a smaller slide, the main section filled with trampolines and bigger slides, and my sons personal favourite which was an area dedicated to playing with different types of vehicles suitable for 18 months + The cafe was brilliant with lots of choices and even a section filled with toddler snacks which I thought was a lovely touch! The milkshakes are a must have too! They even host childrens parties with a separate area for them to eat and drink! Definitely one of the best soft play areas we have been to and we will definitely be returning!

From start to finish the Jungle party was amazing! It was so organised and clean. The food looked lovely and the children enjoyed it. By far, the staff were the highlight for us. Fantastic day out for the family!! We had such a great time at the jungle Warrington on Sunday, my littles ones 1 & 2 had a great time & haven’t stopped asking to go back! There was enough to do to fill the day without getting bored, my daughter even got her face painted by the lovely lady there. We spent the whole day running, jumping, climbing & sliding and we enjoyed it just as much as the kids! The best soft play place we’ve been to. And we’ve been to them all. The food alone is worth a trip back, it was high quality and really delicious which is rare for a Childrens play place. The staff were all lovely and so friendly & good with the children.

Our kids love it here! Clean, spacious and lots of seating for adults. Cafe is a little on the expensive side but willing to pay the prices to be in a clean environment compared to other soft play centres. Gated access is a god send with an autistic Child, making it a really safe area.

Went last Sunday with my daughter and grandson he loves it there and for just over ten pounds for us three seems good value unfortunately the food isn't paid about ten pound for two cheese and tomato pizza's these where similar to the forty nine pence smart price ones I couldn't even eat it and all the other stuff is so expensive

A fabulous place for the kids and plenty of space for adults to sit and watch. There is an extra large play area and a great cafe. You get a half price voucher when you register online to become a member and every visit after that you get a £1 discount. Allowed a maximum of three hours stay or two hours at busy times so plenty of fun times with the kids. Would highly recommend this place, it’s clean and friendly with plenty to do and an excellent place for birthday parties tailored to suit your individual needs and numbers

It's a lovely play gym. Clean, great staff. I would say saftey for babies / toddlers is a concern with the amount of older children charging around the under 4 area. Today there where children who seemed 8 years+ racing through the under 4 area. This area isn't very big and I think staff should make an effort to make sure the littlest junglers can play safely.

I haven't been here before. It was a lot cleaner and not as tired as other play centers. We went for a party that was well organised and the kids really enjoyed.

Free parking, not a massive place, but not too busy either. The cafe is reasonably priced and there are plenty of tables for adults to have a coffee at while minding the shoes and coats. The play areas are split into up to 4 and 4 and over (as far as I could tell). Trampolines, a big slide, inflatable stairs and a swinging chair for the older kids.

A great place for soft play with excellent coffee. Pleasant staff and plenty to keep the little ones occupied. We have been to a few soft plays in the area, this is definitely the best. Open spaces downstairs and accessibility for wheelchair users is good, but on ground floor only as no lift to upstairs eating area. Heartily recommended!

Seems like an alright place to bring your kids, we came here during half term holidays and it was pretty full with seats and tables packed. We waited for a while until we found somewhere to sit and have dinner, the food is decent and staff are friendly and helpful

My 19 month old granddaughter loved it, especially the trampolines, went on a Monday at 11.30am, was there for about 3 hours, worn out. The cafe was a good price as well, £3.50 for a coffee and a bacon barm, before 12. I Could imagine it would get very busy at weekends.

Expensive for a soft play but it’s by far the best we’ve been to and we have been to a lot. £7 to get in without being a member. Membership is free but you don’t get the £1 discount on your first visit. Barista coffee and hot and cold food. Good drinks selection and a small toy shop. As for the soft play equipment it’s got slides trampolines ball pits. Plenary of seating with extra upstairs.

Good place for the children to play. good Covid protocols but could be better as many adults were not wearing masks even though it is clearly signposted in the play area. Our children have been going for a couple of years now and they love it.

Took my grandchildren 6+5. Easy access, good parking too though limited to 3 hours unless you give your car reg in at reception. There is plenty of space for adults to sit up and down while the children run up and down too. There's a couple of toddler areas too. There is a café with a good selection of snacks, toasties, baked potatoes and drinks. Only downside is its a bit expensive. £8.95 per child and £1 per adult plus food.

Great place for kids, they can run around and knacker themselves out then us adults get a nice peaceful afternoon haha! Food was nice and prices are competitive too. 3 hours free parking so make sure you put your car registration in the tablet on the main desk because if you don't after 3 hours the 'parking eye' will send you a ticket, it's one of those awful private companies too so they are a nightmare to deal with! Will definitely go back again.

Fantastic place to take your kids to. Lovely staff always happy to help. Place is clean and tables are clean. Someone is always on the watch if tables need cleaning, so you don't end up sitting in someone's else's rubbish, like in other places I did visit. I cone here regularly with my 2 year old in the mornings when place is quiet. There is loads of places he can go and play in. He loves the toy den where he can play with all the plane's and cars. The whole climbing area with slides is kept clean and in perfect condition. It is separated in two areas one for older kids and one for babies and toddlers. Well designed and plenty interesting things to discover for little ones. On-site caffe has good taste selection of cakes and hot and cold food for a reasonable price. I do recommend!

What a lovely soft play area, the equipment is clean and well maintained, as too are the toilets. Staff are pleasant, helpful and always checking the areas for safety. The children love going there.

Been coming here for years, biggest and cleanest play area in warrington. Had a party with Claira our party host, it was really well done and organised and she took care of everything, the kids really enjoyed it and I ofcourse will be returning to the jungle with my children

I booked The Jungle for my daughters 4th birthday party yesterday. The party was absolutely fantastic. As a parent it was completely stress free! I invited people and turned up with a cake. Ailsa had everything organised in advance and kept the party running smoothly. She was brilliant with the children, bringing lots of energy and excitement. The Treehouse zone was perfectly sized for parents and children too. The play area itself was great and better than others in the area. The cafe and seating areas were clean and tidy too, again far superior to other soft plays in the area. All in all a fantastic experience - thank you Ailsa and the team

Great place to take the kids. I have been visiting with my little one since he was 5 months old. We used to attend the baby sessions but now he is old enough to use the play frame and he has lots of fun. The Jungle are really working hard to make it a safe place during the current situation. There is regular cleaning raking place throughout your visit and they close between sessions to do a deep clean. Really impressed, well done The Jungle

Absolutely amazing! Been going there since my eldest was 6+ months and she's now 2.5 years. She loved it, haven't been since lockdown so it's been great having some normality and seeing my daughter with a smile and enjoying herself. 😊 Highly recomme d staff very friendly and welcoming. Covid-safe, still have their cafe open for food which was very handy as nownits a 2 hour session 3 times a day. So for anyone wanting to go you must book a ticket in advance in their website. Children under 1 years old are free and any grown adult must pay £1, used to be free for adults but it's still worth the visit for the kids. Lovely afternoon today xx Will be making several more trips there again.

Excellent facilities. Climbing to suit all ages, separate areas for toddlers to keep them safe from being bumped into by accident by the older children. Cafe menu is good and reasonably priced. Plenty of seating for the adults and a few tables upstairs. Staff very helpful and during our visit they periodically announced activities for the children to search for hidden items. A fun place for all.

I really don't like leaving bad scores but I just want to make a point that this not at all suitable for babies or toddlers. There is an under 4 area only but really the kids need to be climbing to be there so I would say no under 2s. There is a "wow" sponsored bay as well where I ended up going but the sign says 18months plus. So technically nowhere to take a child under 18 months. I just wished it was more clear and honest on the website about this as I paid nearly 7 quid and 5 minutes in it was clead there was nothi g for my son to do. I am giving 3 stars as a resukt. But, I think the place is brilliant for maybe over 3/4s. So wluld come back in a frw years. y 7 quid to go in and 5 minutes in

Very clean, good choice of food at the cafe and several craft activities going on. Also a little area with toys cars for little ones which I haven't seen before. Parking is free although the sign says time limited but you can enter your car reg at reception and stay longer. Staff friendly and helpful. I would suggest it is better suited to 3-6 year olds, not as much for older children.

Absolutely love this place! Great for kids of various ages and quite the selection too! My daughter loves this place - she is 2 1/2 now and enjoys the variety - a play area for kids her age, another area for older kids and yet another area for even younger kids. Decent selection from the menu and some neat toys that can be purchased as well. Have to say I didn't see too many places like this in TX while living there ... so this has been a welcome change.

Hot and cold food options are available which also includes kids meal and the food quality is great...the place is huge,so I'm always running around my child looking out for them which leaves me exhausted at the end of the day..On WEEKENDS it gets quiet busy and sometimes we end up disappointed as we're not allowed to enter coz of the huge crowd And ongoing birthday parties and the place is more of chaos,which also affects the food quality and service. toddler sessions and activities are good overall.

The Jungle is very well presented, and provides hours of fun for children of all ages. The entrance fee is comparable to other similar places and the food is reasonably priced. They offer birthday party packages too. My children enjoyed themselves immensely and were suitably tired out when the inevitable time came to leave :-)

All you have to do is pay they do all the work for you, so a massive thanks to the team that sorted out my son's birthday and for all the children and parents help celebrating his 5th Birthday

My nephew really enjoyed his time at The Jungle. They've got some fabulous kit - I wish I could have played on it! Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Place was really clean too - spotless in fact. Plenty of parking and easy to get to. Even got a decent cappuccino - as good as a coffee shop. My nephew had his lunch there and it was very reasonably priced. We'll be going again.

Went to a children's party here. It is much better cleaner and alot lighter than the old location it was previously at. A light menu is good for the kids with a fair option and not too overly priced. Worth the visit and the staff for the most part are pleasant to talk to and are helpful

Price to get in wasnt too bad as we had the members first visitors discount. Service was a little slow. We ordered food and waited almost 45 minutes for a few sandwiches. When the food finally arrived it was really nice.

Recently relocated into larger building, alot brighter than previous premises and a has nice area for parties upstairs. Alot more space for parents to sit now, it is a busy place so at peek times can get tricky to spot your child especially if they are at the top of the play area. Food is priced similar to other play centres, it's clean, staff were seen cleaning regularly during the time there.

Had to respond to the previous review, as I can't believe they were talking about the same place! My family have visited a lot of the indoor play centres in the north west, and without a doubt for us the jungle is the best of them, we visit it now at least a couple of times a month. It's a fairly large play area with a big slide, trampolines and plenty of climbing and my 6 year old loves it. There is also a great little area for toddlers so they are safer away from the larger children. The jungle has plenty of easy parking. It's always clean and tidy and the staff are super friendly and helpful. What really sets the jungle apart is the quality of the food at the cafe. They have a varied menu and the food is excellent. We have been known to go there primarily for lunch, with the playtime for the little one being a bonus. Add to this there is a wide selection of newspapers and magazines, free wi-fi, and a big plasma TV upstairs (with sky sports!), so there's plenty to keep the adults happy as well. It can get crowded at peak times, this is due to the popularity of the place because it is so good. However the staff are quite strict with the numbers and will refuse entry to keep everybody safe. It's not uncommon at very busy times to find a queue stretching out of the door. We have had a birthday party there and attended a few others and they all went really well. They also hold various events and theme days/ nights throughout the year. Members of staff will occasionally start little competitions or games just to keep things interesting for the kids, which you don't see at other similar places. Top place!

We had a party booked but they put us upstairs, which was ok but there isn't a lift... people with prams had to carry them up and down the stairs.... As this place is set up for children's party's it might be a good idea to install a lift... Not the best. 😐

Concerns about the weight carrying capacity and durability of the flexible webbing links between the circular tubing. Nearest to the reception. As it is approximately 5 metres off the hard flooring. It was observed with three children on the webbing.

My 6 year old had his party here today he absolutely loved it could not fault the staff at all so helpful and brilliant and content with the kids was pretty quite too so kids practically had the run of the place, really will book again for future birthday parties as kts so reasonably priced too very happy kiddies tonight. The only thing I would add is they didnt do any games so maybe make a pass the parcel up and bring it along.

I take my grandchildren to The Jungle very week and they love it! As well as the whole place being clean and tidy and obviously well run, the best thing is that it's great for my husband and I too as the staff organise activities for the children and we get to enjoy the food and coffee. We've just bought an annual pass which was a bargain at £100 for the two.

The Jungle is a good place for kids. Only problem I found is that if you are in the private party area (which is up stairs) you can't see your kids playing in the lower level of the jungle. But if your willing to constantly check up on your Child it's a fun place. A*

Rang in a panic as Gulliver world cancelled my son's birthday party at the doors with no prior notice. The jungle saved the day and with 15 minutes notice reserved tables, did food for all the children a Santa visit and a party bag. Couldn't have asked for more friendly and helpful people. This should have been my first choice not my second, would highly recommend it was a brilliant day.

Great play centre but very concerned on how they can offer newborn photgraphy in 30 mins and keep it safe - newborn photgraphy is a skill and takes time and care to make sure its done correctly and safely, with an industry standard taking around 3 - 4 hours. These are your babies, take care. Response to below: Yes I am and previously an ambassador for the Master Photography Assoociation. I've worked with many of the leaders in newborn photography too and when you have the likes of Melanie East, Kelly Brown, Tobias Robins, etc... who are the top of their field and can not do a newborn session in less than a few hours due to safety it does raise concerns. I know of Ben and have a lot of admiration for his work, but struggle to see how anyone can offer a true newborn experience in such a small amount of time. Newborn photography is currently unregulated and unfortunately there are a few out there ( and I want to make it clear I'm not referring to Ben at this point) who think that they would like to offer this without the proper training or awareness of what could go wrong within a newborn session that can and has resulted in life changing injuries. It is because of this that Melanie East and others are currently pushing through legislation to prevent this from ever happening again. The general public are unaware of all of this but it is our duty as photographers to make sure we stay true to safety first, and photgraphy second. I have no doubt that Ben could do a fantastic newborn session, but in 30 mins?... As stated, I think the Jungle is absolutely fantastic, we have our children's parties there and would certainly recomend to all. I also want to point out that I have no problem with competition, competition within photography is needed and a must for the industry to keep pushing and develop, and there is far too much work out there for the amount of photographers already. I have not mentioned anything about Ben's other photography sessions which I think are excellent, and also something I do myself. It is only having spoken to one of my mentors mentioned above that I feel like I needed to say something about this. Many thanks

Been to a couple of play centre's and the children enjoy this one prices are ok for me overall staff are friendly and helpful however the under 4s section where my little girl plays is often intruded by older ones teenagers they were running riot all over the equipment parents not even keeping them in check was forced to ask staff member to move them on before I did when he did he was polite and I was thankful as if they nearly knocked my girl flying one more time I wouldn't of been so nice overall a great place for kids but be wary of other parents not giving a s**t

The place is fantastic, however you can easily lose your kids in there as its so busy at the weekends, my main concern was that its on two floors and your child can go in to the playframe downstairs and come out upstairs where there is another cafe area, they are then locked in, unless they come back through the playframe, great for families but hard to keep up with the kids.
