A. R.OMG. Such a great gym. They let me try out some of the equipment. I loved it. Had a milkshake and a meal after, even got some professional help finding a good pre-workout. Very friendly staff and people in there are also. Would definitely recommend coming here.

K. K.Although small, it's a great gym with amazing equipment and good vibes. I love how everyone respects each other including putting the weights away after they are done... Very rare to find. I feel like the owners are always trying to improve it and be the best and its certainly one of the best gyms if I've been in. Can get a little busy at time so you just need to know the best times to go.
Only small improvement would be cleanliness, there's a cleaner who just seems to hoover and mop but not actually regulary clean the equipment properly too... Yes people should clean the equipment before and after they use it but this doesn't happen the majority of times
E. A.This gym has an excellent range of equipment for all muscle groups.
Some unique pieces are the belt squat, pendulum squat and vertical leg press. They also have a range of prime equipment which allows you overload specific portions of the range of motion.
Staff are very friendly and the atmosphere is great. You won't need headphones here, they've got you covered.
Day pass is also really cheap. Definitely worth a visit.
