Fantastic help from the sales team, efficient delivery, prompt service. Fabulous company. We ordered a trampoline for our older teenagers who love jump parks when we're skiing. It has been a huge hit and we're loving it. I have already recommended this company and will do it again.

Expensive trampolines that work well. But the Trampoline pad doesn't last (and is £285 to replace) - ours stated degrading badly within 5 years and by 7 years was ruined. Capital Play are not interested as they say there is not any warranty on this. Only buy if prepared for more big costs

Couldn’t be happier with this company! First of all I ordered an in ground trampoline the member of staff I spoke to was very knowledgable and helpful. I then changed my mind the day before it was meant to be delivered and the girl I spoke to done everything she could to stop the delivery and kept me well informed of what she was doing, she managed to cancel the order for me. I then ordered an above ground capital play trampoline and again staff were very helpful, I wanted to add something to my order the day before it arrived and she managed to get it to come with the trampoline. My daughter absolutely loves it and putting it up was relatively easy but did take two people. Great trampoline, great staff and great service.

Very quick service. I ordered an oval Jumpking trampoline Monday afternoon. The trampoline was delivered and installed Tuesday afternoon by Scott who was very friendly and polite. There was an issue with the ladder not being there but Scott sorted it with office and they put it in the post. I am very impressed with Capital Play and Scott. Many thanks.
