I have followed the light touch plan this year.
Lucy has given me so much useful information and a weekly plan that builds up base fitness then ups the intensity when preparing for races. There's group video calls and regular one to one online reviews so Lucy is able to adjust the plan according to my particular requirements.
Importantly, she pays particular attention to help me keep injury-free. Before using the plan I was pushing too hard and that was counter-productive but with Lucy's plan I actually reduced the intensity but improved my performance.
I would recommend this plan for triathletes looking to progress in the sport.

I’ve been working with Lucy since the start of the year on the light touch plan and it’s been an amazing experience.
She’s extremely knowledgeable in all things triathlon/bikes/nutrition (+ loads more), has lots of relevant experience and most importantly, is a genuinely great person.
The light touch plan is perfect for me as it provides the structure and accountability with enough coaching support, at a really affordable price.
My fitness has improved dramatically, along with my knowledge of how to approach training to get the most out of it and I’m in a great position to do a half ironman year + marathon this year (covid dependant).
If you are looking for a triathlon/running coach, I highly recommend Lucy!

Lucy and I started working together during the first lockdown in online PT classes. I'm a keen cyclist and gym-goer so it was important to me to do something that keeps my fitness up. Over time we added turbo bike sessions and gym programme to my weekly routine. I can say that I feel stronger and more stable and balanced through my body and my cycling strength has definitely improved because of that. Also my upper body strength is miles better. I also have no pains and niggles which I used to have in my knees. I used to push hard even when my body is telling me not to and Lucy's showed me that you can get results without doing that. Saying that, she never lets me off the hook and is always pushing me to do better.

I have worked with Lucy starting September 2021 (on full support plan, aiming for a first Olympic / Half Iron Triathlon in Summer 2022). This has been a game changer – taking all the benefits of her experience and translating them into a personalised training plan that is logical, realistic, and challenging (all planned and tracked via training peaks). Critical to sticking with my plan (else what’s the point!) – is her regular feedback, modifications, and tweaks based on my personal experience/progression (or lack thereof)/or travel plans. Also she has shared lots of relevant content/drills/race prep as well as encouragement and accountability at the right time (right before I need it) to help me progress.
Strongly recommend exploring Lucy’s plans if you are serious about improving, and targeting something ambitious beyond your current capabilities.
