I attended 2 sessions with Yollanda, one stretch one and a full body workout! Really enjoyed both sessions and was surprised I was able to make it through the session without stopping as I hadn’t exercised in a while. Yollanda was very encouraging throughout and I throughly enjoyed myself! Felt the aches the day after but was definitely worth it 😅😅
Would recommend her anyday!

Yollanda is very professional; I had my first session during the half-term so my small children joined in. She accommodated them and they enjoyed it very much. My legs were hurting 2 days later, so that must mean the work-out was excellent. Thanks Yollanda, will defn be signing up for future sessions.

I had a stretch workout with Yollanda. I had not stretched for years and it was amazing. It has held over zoom but still felt like it was in person. She provided great instructions on precise movements but also provided variations and levels of progress depending on my flexibility. When I could not perform certain stretches or positions, she provided alternatives but also encouraged me to push my limit. Overall, it was a great class where I learned a lot and really appreciated the value of stretching and other full body workouts. I also felt amazing for the rest of the week!

It was such a wonderful experience, I am definitely going to be attending more classes. I need the stretching as I have issues with my knees and shoulder, I have to say after today's session I do feel less tension and am just overall feeling great.

Yollanda runs a really enjoyable lunchtime workout class. She is calm and very attentive and great at explaining the exercises and correcting form. Would highly recommend to anyone considering joining her classes.

Great motivational and dedicated fitness instructing. Learnt a great deal working with Monyaress and I still take part in their sessions. I can say the session was pretty good so professional the only thing I forgot to do pre heat before start the session, I would like some advice about it because later you can feel the pain in your legs quite heavy 🤭 I need to start getting use to do exercise 😅 I'm really happy for this amazing workout 🙏
