Erica's classes are fantastic. I do her Thursday class live via Zoom and it is completely different each week with a real mix of cardio, HIT resistance training. As a member I get access to her back catalogue of other classes which I do on a Tuesday morning at a time that suits me. It's really good value for money. In January I also did her 21-day reset. I learnt so much about what foods are good for me. It gave me real focus and some great nutrition/diet tips and tricks and now my weight and shape have completely changed and I feel so much more feminine with a toned stronger body. I can't recommend Erica highly enough x

Supportive friendly group following Erica’s brilliant classes . No two are the same . Up to four sessions a week plus resistance training and recorded sessions to do . All tailored to our particular needs . No one else so woman focused to avoid injury and promote healthy strong pelvic floor. Erica is always there to offer friendly advice when asked and is a brilliant trainer . Have been coming to Bootcamp for a few years now and feel stronger and fitter than ever before . Helps with stress relief and really hate to miss any of the classes but there are always the catch up videos . Really feel listened to and nothing is too much trouble for Erica . She gives so much of her time to education in many aspects including nutrition , exercise , wellbeing for women . There are challenges but she’s there with support , suggestions advice and friendship.

After the birth of my second child I went to see a women's health physio. She recommended holistic core restore with Erica. I signed up for the course and was instantly impressed with Erica's approach and attitude towards women's health and post natal recovery. I enjoyed the course immensely and knew that I wanted to build on the foundations put in place to strengthen and protect my body before I reach the dreaded menopause! As someone who's never enjoyed traditional gym classes it was a big step for me to commit to regular sessions; I'm so pleased I did. It's still early days for me but I've been made to feel incredibly welcome. The classes are tough but I feel safe to work at my own pace and encouraged by the progress and continued commitment of others. I thoroughly recommend Erica and Holding Back the Years to anyone wanting to educate themselves about women's fitness and join a friendly, effective and excellent value for money exercise programme.

I have been doing Erica’s classes for over a year and have noticed a difference in my body shape and fitness. Erica is knowledgable, enthusiastic and understanding of all abilities. She understands the female body inside and out and explains very clearly why we need to do certain excercise and eat certain foods. I have done all of the classes online and they are really easy to follow and fit into a weekly schedule. They are also varied so you never get bored!

Erica is a great coach. Both personal training and and bootcamp sessions have been transformational, hardwork but fun. Erica's approach is very empowering. She teaches us how to work out safely and strikes a good balance between pushing us to do more and supporting us. Personally my exercise needs have changed hugely post kids, so I need to think much more about technique than speed and Erica's close instruction really helps with this.
I've also learnt so much about food alongside exercise and the 2 combined have led to a massive change in my body size and definition!
Plus I like the social element. It feels sociable, safe and supportive.
Finally it's an absolute bargain. We get so much for our monthly membership. Much more than anywhere else.

If you can't attend live sessions they are available on line via Zoom
Erica does the whole workout with you demonstrating the correct technique but makes adjustments for individuals
