Joni is a fantastic Pilates teacher! I attended her pregnancy Pilates classes for months and felt so supported throughout. Her teaching style is thoughtful, kind and very knowledgeable. You can tell she loves what she does! I also booked her for a private lesson after I had my baby and she helped check my tummy separation and gave me exercise to get stronger post birth. 100% recommended !

Joni’s pregnancy Pilates classes are perfect. They made me feel like I was doing something which my body loved and benefitted from, as well as providing a safe and friendly space to discuss aspects of pregnancy, and a chance to relax and connect with baby. My only disappointment was that I moved out of area and could not therefore take advantage of the next set of classes. Highly recommended.

I can't recommend Joni's pregnancy classes enough. I was suffering with pelvic girdle pain when I started and my weekly sessions made such a difference with my improving my mobility and managing my pain! She was such a great teacher and made me feel super comfortable as I was a complete newbie. I have also made lots of amazing mum friends through the class that I still meet up with today. I can't wait for her to open her studio so I can continue with some postpartum sessions!

I had a total hip replacement in October and from 2 weeks post surgery have been having 1:1 Pilates sessions with Joni. I have been using the reformer to aid my recovery and to regain my flexibility. I was also desperate to get back to riding my horse again. I have really enjoyed using the reformer and have definitely improved my flexibility. I am now 5 months post surgery and still enjoy my weekly sessions using the reformer and have found that this combined with Pilates has totally improved my posture and flexibility. Thanks Joni for all your help and wisdom.

I have been attending Joni's Pilates classes for some months now once a week. Joni is so calm and assertive. She gives very clear concise teaching and I am really noticing the benefits. My spinal alignment and core strength are improving all the time. Joni incorporates regular exercises and mixes it up enough so that it doesn't get boring but remains consistent. I'm so happy I started on this journey with Joni. 🙂

I have completed both normal and pregnancy pilates with Joni, both of which I thoroughly enjoy! She goes at a great pace and tailors certain exercises specifically for you. She really knows her students and this makes it feel so much more personal. I love attending her classes!

I can't recommend pregnancy pilates enough. It helped me to maintain and build strength in areas that needed it so I could stay comfortable during pregnancy.
With pregnancy being so individual for each person it can be tough to run a class to suit every single member, but Joni absolutely smashes it. She has an incredible understanding of the pregnant body, and all the weird things that can happen. Due to this she will know exactly what is best for you.
Her classes were small enough so that she could give each of us preggos the best possible attention and feedback. Helping us to improve technique and posture safely.
This was by far the best class I took whilst pregnant.

Joni is the best Pilates teacher that I have ever had!
Joni makes you feel at ease instantly with her professionalism and kindness. Joni is able to understand the needs of the whole group quickly and so each one of is challenged and pushed at our own level in every class. I find Joni’s sessions very beneficial. I came with some areas of concern (my overly tight calves especially) and even by the end of the first session I felt much relief and difference and since going to Joni’s classes my aches are much improved. I am also feeling stronger and more in control of my body.
I cannot wait to continue my Pilates journey with Joni!

Joni is just FAB! Having had a bad back for over 20 years now (2 slipped discs) I've sought help from various professionals - Osteo, chiropractors, physios and yoga. Within only 4 or 5 weeks I felf the benefit of Joni's classes. Given some bad practice from other professionals over the years, I was trepidatious at first, so I did a one to one. I was quickly assured that Joni really knows her stuff. I feel safe with her because she conveys that my well-being is paramount to her. To top it all, she's got a cheeky sense of humour - I often find myself grinning through class and the time just flies by. Thanks Joni - you are ACE!
