C. R.Ultimate U Worthing has been tremendous in helping me achieve my 2022 goals of getting healthier, stronger and fitter. The six week programme has included motivational messages and support along the way. Changing my fitness routine from walking and hiking to incorporate cardio and all round muscle works and not forgetting increased water intake and improved eating plan has meant I’ve lost weight and toned up and have a achievable plan moving forward.
Highly recommend both the gym classes on site or the online classes.
The whole team of trainers are supportive, approachable and there to help you reach whatever goals you have set yourself. A big thank you to Ultimate U

B. L.I was lucky enough to take on the 6 week challenge with Ultimate U Fitness. I hadn’t been exercising for a while before joining the challenge and was apprehensive about how I’d keep up with the class. I had no need to be. Dan was so welcoming and made me feel so relaxed and everyone who does the class does so at their own ability. Everyone encourages you and the camaraderie with the other awesome people who attend the classes make you want to keep coming back. Not only that, EVERY CLASS IS DIFFERENT! I don’t know how they achieved that even when going 5 days a week! There is a focus on core strength but Dan, Dave and Kevin really mix things up with some excellent tracks! They really push you to do your best without making you feel like your best isn’t good enough. That’s a real skill and one I appreciated. In the 6 weeks I lost 13lbs! I targeted myself for 12lbs and smashed it because the nutrition plans, excellent health advice and the workouts combined made me more determined week on week. Also, my capabilities in the kitchen have also improved!
This course was so much fun but as a lifestyle, it’s even better. The classes are great and you meet some of the most lovely people and you have fun whilst you get fit. I genuinely cannot fault Ultimate U Fitness. I cannot motivate myself at the gym but I was so motivated with these guys. I recommend them 100% and know that anyone who goes won’t regret it.
A. C.I tried to get fit at 50 and made it all the way to 60 and was still...well...um...fat! Then I found Ultimate U fitness and somehow made it to the first session. 7 weeks later I have amazed myself and lost over 20 lbs and 4 inches off my waist - my trousers fall off - and I love it! The trainers are super motivating, the members are always friendly and the excercises just work! Don't waste time anywhere else - leave your other gym and just come and join in. You will not regret it! :)
V. C.A really friendly and welcoming place. I am only 2 weeks into a 6 week challenge, but I am feeling so much better already! Dan and Dave really encourage you to push yourself to your own limits, but there is no judgement or comparison to others. They tailor the exercises to you, if needed, and there are people working at all different levels. They also support you with nutrition, to help you get the best results. A great place where it feels like you're all in it together!

Everyone at Ulimate U is so friendly and there is a great atmosphere! I loved the 6 week challenge as was a great incentive to meet my fitness targets, cant recommend it enough!
P. D.I can not recommend Ultimate U enough. I hadn’t exercised in a while following knee surgery and was nervous of joining a class at a standard gym incase I couldn’t keep up. Dan and Dave tailored the exercises to my capabilities which has enabled me to build up strength in my knee and reduce the pain. It has helped me lose weight and increase my fitness level. Everyone who comes to the classes are friendly and encouraging. It is a mix of all shapes, sizes and abilities and you never feel self conscious or out of place. I only wish I had heard about Ultimate U ages ago!

Never thought I'd enjoy doing burpees but even they became a treat! Would recommend to anyone of any shape, size or background because Dan will ensure you are welcomed to a non-judgemental environment where everyone has the same goal.

M.Just one week in ,totally knocked out ,by the variety of work outs ,never easy but HEY thats why its called boot camp , not embarrassed looking like a sweaty raspberry , so good to work out with a group of people who can smile 😁 during and after. If you go on your own you dont feel “ just by yourself “always a friendly group to join .
